We have stayed at several hotels since our son started going to ISU this summer and have decided we won’t stay anywhere else. Nicest, cleanest, best location in Terre Haute.

Too expensive for mediocre amenities.
Pros:

The location, the pool. The staff are mostly friendly.

Cons:

The parking lot is tiny, we never saw a parking garage labeled for “Hilton Guests” only for the college. Some staff did not seem to like that we used Booking.com and were unhelpful with pricing questions. The shower heads have no water pressure. The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors tv and normal volume conversations in the hallway outside your door. The hot tub was broken at the time of our stay.

It was close to the night life

Cons:

The hot tub that I really paid for this hotel was closed, the pool was so cold, and after getting out we felt slimy, our door didn’t lock unless you completely slammed it.

Customer service was horrible, red light flashed on phone our entire time w no message and their suggestion was to unplug it! Never stay there again.

We left with bed bugs. Ichecked over the bed thoroughly when we checked in and didn't see anything, but we definitely left with bites on us and have been getting bit ever since.

Pros:

This hotel is much too expensive for what they offer. The pool area was closed. The front door was not accessible. The elevators were old and slow. There was no complimentary breakfast. I did not receive clean towels, clean sheets, or get my room cleaned. Extremely disappointing stay.
