We had a wonderful time and look forward to other visits.
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. We were welcomed warmly be the front dest receptionist who was a great help getting us settled and also gave wonderful recommendations for restaurants. I loved the attention to detail. The ladies room also offered complimentary feminine products. The breakfast was amazing.

Do not stay here!
Pros:

I missed the time frame to post directly to Hilton, so I have to leave ot on here. I hardly ever leave reviews unless my experience was really that bad. I have stayed at alot of Hilton properties, and this one was the absolute worse one that I have ever stayed at. I only stayed here one night while traveling back to Dallas. I paid extra for an offered upgrade from a studio to a one bedroom suite. On the description it described the room as being upgraded with upgraded furnishings, but what I walked into was a pissy smelling old room that looked like it had not been clean. The bedroom tv would not initially come on and I had to keep moving the batteries around just to get it to work. The couch was dirty. Pillows and sheets had holes. I went in the bathroom so I could give my young child a shower and it was globs of hair in the soap dish. At this point i wanted to just throw up because there is no way the room was cleaned. The air conditioner started making a very loud squealing noise and we had to bang on the side to get it to stop everytime. I called the front desk and the lady just said she was by herself and it was nothing she could do, but make a note and send someone out to fix the tv in the morning. I told her i was leaving in the morning and i was more concerned about the room and bathroom not being clean and the loud noise coming from the air conditioner. I had a small can of lysol and sprayed what I could, but I could not wait to get out of there the next day. The next day very early in the morning someone was knocking on the door and it was the maintenence man to fix the tv....Really!! Why would she send him if I told her that I waa checking out the next morning, but didn't care if my room was dirty. When I checked out whoever was at the front desk, solving notes and apologized and said that she will let her manage her know right away.And that I would get points at it back to my account. It has been 3 weeks and I have not received anything and I doubt I will. Next time I have to stop in El Paso on I will definitely not stay here even if no other hotels were available.

Pros:

The room was stocked with everything we needed traveling with two children. Lots of options for breakfast as well.

Cons:

The bathroom was not as clean as I have had before at this hotel chain.

Pros:

The staff was very attentive, friendly and courteous. The location is absolutely perfect for us with everything we need so close. Make it easy when visiting family. WE have stayed at this location before and this is our spot in El Paso.

Cons:

It would be helpful to have handicap parking spots near the side entrances. Fous, the East side was closest to the the el and room for us.
