It was a horrible nightmare of me and my two small kids.
We r here in canada fr holiday and booked Marriott Guelph. Bt it was horrible..one night we couldn't sleep .. the bed was so loud..each moment kids moved their self while sleeping and the bed had very horrible loud noises..we didnt slept while night .
I will give a 0 point and im really disappointed ..I spendet money but it was wasted..

I complained at counter bt still I got no excuse or any contact frm the hotel members.

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool slide and hot tub a bonus!
I booked b/c of pool slide and great reviews of (hot) breakfast. Only discovered slide was open from 5-7pm when I checked in. Not a big deal, kids loved it, but had to alter dinner plans. Breakfast was only okay. Not much choice, eggs and bacon were cold and potatoes too spicy for my family’s liking. Waffle maker is always fun though. Nice choice of beverages.

Found a vape within the bed when putting g my children to sleep and floors weren’t that clean
Great weekend escape, with the grandchildren. Bright, clean, well maintained facility. There are no restaurants in the immediate area (walking distance), but many options available just down the highway (about 5-6 km away). Rooms are large and spacious. Simple, but adequate buffet breakfast. Great pool area - everyone loved the water slide (slide seems to be open only on the weekend evenings and mornings - I could never get a definite answer to whether it is open during the week, even in the summers - could be, possibly, depends on management, etc. - someone should definitely give front desk a solid response for this question).

Breakfast food selection was good.
Only one side of the king sized bed was accessible. You could not walk between the king sized bed and the window. The mattress protector for the sofa bed was too small, with broken straps and kept shifting around under the fitted sheet. Large gap under hotel room door meant all hallway noise came into the room - at times sounded like there was no door at all. Breakfast selection was great but it was all served on disposable plates with disposable cutlery, such an incredible amount of waste.

The pool is smaller than the picture shows. Hallways can be noisy if you have teams staying over.

Extremely rude staff Manager and front desk. I left and cancelled my reservation and was willing to pay the charge due to the way they spoke to me. I have travelled all over the world and this is the first time I have ever done this. I booked at a hotel across the way at Staybridge. Better value friendly staff better facilities nicer rooms. I recommend check out that place before wasting your money

J’avais réservé cet hôtel spécialement pour sa piscine, malheureusement en réparation. Le prix restant le même, soit assez élevé, c’est tout de même décevant
Hotel was nice abd comfortable, staff was nice and breakfast was really good.
Only problem was pool not being in service. We stayed specifically for that. So hopefully it is up and running soon as we are back in July.
