Pros:

We had a good and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was great, as are the pool and room amenities. The woman who managed the breakfast area was so lovely, food was replenished and tasty. Our kids love the waffle maker.

Cons:

In the suite, the linens didn't fit on the mattresses properly and were coming off, and the pull-out couch was terribly uncomfortable and there were no linens, despite our booking for an extra adult.

Pros:

The hotel is in a convenient location, and the staff was courteous. They also have a very nice breakfast. We've stayed here several times as it doesn't allow either pets or smoking which makes my allergies happy. No smoking and no pets should also make for a generally cleaner experience. However, two things on our most recent visit have me thinking of finding a different place to stay the next time we're in Guelph. Most disturbing were the bugs in the bathroom which was infested with both red spiders and silverfish. Our room was also located near the pool, and the chlorine smell was a bit overpowering -that wasn't a deal breaker for me but the bugs certainly are.

Pros:

The grandkids loved the pool , especially the slide! Kuddos to Fairfield to consider the youth.Breakfast was substantial
not fancy but covered a bit of everthing, definitely would stay there again.
