Pros:

The lady at front desk doing check inn was great , really enthusiastic and informative.

Cons:

The room was really dusty, have a strong smell like spray paint. We only stay for a night and end up waking up with no water at all. They said we were gonna get a refund but never happen.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Layout of the room was great for our family. Just what we needed before an early flight the next morning.

Cons:

The room we had was so so noisy we couldn’t sleep. We were charged for parking a car that was supposed to be included. We only stayed 1 night

An excellent few days stay made even better by very friendly staff
Pros:

This is the 3rd SpringHill Suites we’ve stayed in while in Colorado and is the best of them. All 3 have been excellent but this one is notably a notch above with all the staff being particularly friendly. I would also add their breakfast buffet service was the best with having 2 very helpful staff ever present and replenishing the food very quickly.

Cons:

There’s nothing we didn’t like!

Very clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Very clean. Close to literally everything. Friendly staff except for one kitchen staff that could a little customer service training. Breakfast was decent, it was included in the nightly rate so I did appreciate that.

Cons:

We stayed from Friday to Friday and had to request housekeeping services several times. If I had not they would not have cleaned our room. Not sure if that’s how it usually is being that this was my first extended stay.

Warm and cozy experience.
Pros:

Warm, lovely and cozy stay at this locations. A special thank you to the Lisa for making my Christmas birthday special. She is very helpful and accommodated all of our special request. Thank you for the turkey sausages and for Westin that beautiful smile.
