SpringHill Suites by Marriott Denver Airport

Hello yes my name is Bo and I’m writing in the review regarding Lisa. She’s the host for the breakfast at this hotel. She’s doing such an amazing job. It is incredible. I travel for many hotels from hotel to hotel and this one here is Springhill suites I will certainly come back on the account of the conduct of Lisa. She’s greeting the guest. She’s doing such wonderful things. She’s keeping all the food stocked. Everything is fabulous here so I just wanna put a shout out to her. She’s working very hard and she’s caring about the guests and it’s extremely obvious so Lisa from Beau from Tennessee. I just wanna say thank you thank you so much and get it. Hopefully they give you a raise and everything else cause you deserve it.

Staff were friendly and helpful (especially Ms. Lisa, whose smile lit up the breakfast area every morning). Rooms were comfortable and roomy. Location was nice.

Breakfast and Staff was wonderful and saved us a lot of time. Big thanks to the Breakfast Staff! Rooms are really family friendly.

The staff is incredible. Our daughter was recently diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. She was dropping and the front desk clerk helped us get some candy to help bring up her sugar level.

We came down to breakfast. On time. Extremely clean, organized and well stocked. Very friendly and accommodating to our family.

After having travel woes trying to get home back east, we hand a lovely stag at the SpringHill Suites. When we went to breakfast, Lisa was wonderful - made our morning!

From a very warm & generous greeting from Diego to a clean room & comfy bed ending w bfast w Lisa. We enjoy Springhill suites from beginning to end.
I approached Lisa at Bfast about spoiled milk. She confirmed w front desk - Ashley? And they tossed all the expired milk.

Lisa made an AMAZING quiche for breakfast. Lots of variety and tasty!

Very friendly staff. You could tell the hostess cared about her guests.

Complimentary breakfast was perfect! Something for everyone, eggs, bacon, bagels, cereal, oatmeal bar, coffee and yogurt! Lisa’s service was excellent, she kept everything clean and fully stocked.

We got stuck in Denver for the night. Staybridge was fantastic, check in service was great, rooms were great, breakfast with Lisa was great! Would highly recommend at anytime. Thank you Staybridge for making our delay painless and enjoyable.

The service was great, the rooms were clean, and the shuttle was quick and efficient. The breakfast service by Lisa was also excellent!

The breakfast was great with several options but the best part was Lisa the attendant. She was attentive, warm, and went above and beyond. She saw my kids and asked if they wanted waffles and of course they did! She made our day!

Lisa, who was serving breakfast, was absolutely amazing. She looked everyone in the eye and wished them a good morning. This is important when you’re on your 3rd week of travel in a row and you’re missing your family! She made it feel like home! Please make sure she sees this as it’s important for employees to see the good they are doing!
