Il personale molto distratto, ho chiesto la mattina un set di asciugamani puliti , perché quelli che avevo in camera erano macchiati. Non mi sono mai arrivati e sono dovuta andare nuovamente a richiederli.
Sono rimasta stupita della qualità degli asciugamani mai visti così consumati in quella categoria dell’hotel. Sembravano stracci per pulire i pavimenti.
Ho prenotato il taxi la sera per la mattina molto presto, quando sono arrivata alla reception e chiesto del mio taxi nessuno ne sapeva niente .Devo dire che sia la ragazza che mi ha fatto fare il check-in e sia il ragazzo che ho trovato la mattina prima di andare via sono stati molto carini e gentili.
