No hay estacionamiento e instalaciones viejas.

No hay estacionamiento disponible, me mandaron afuera del hotel y rayaron mi carro, reclamé y no me dieron solución con los daños a mi vehículo.. El minisplit de la habitación hacia mucho ruido y tiraba agua. La habitación apestaba a húmedo. Tienen las instalaciones en deterioro y con equipamiento viejo.

Las vistas, siempre acudo a ese hotel por las vistas, pero con cada visita que hago, el servicio decae más y más. Ojalá puedan mejorar.

La ubicación es de lo mejor, está relativamente céntrico.

Cons:

Definitivamente deberían trabajar en la capacitación a las recepcionistas, una que otra de verdad, atiende pésimo y es una verdadera lástima que haya tantas habitaciones en mal estado.

La ubicación es lo mejor que hay, las vistas de la ciudad son de lo mejor

Una de las recepcionistas me mintió sobre la disponibilidad de habitaciones, con lo cual me asignó una habitación super reducida y en muy mal estado, la primera habitación que me asignaron estaba sumamente pequeña, el baño tenía hongos, el la puerta del tablero eléctrico estaba abierta y no servía la chapa, la ventana estaba llena de grasa, las cortinas rotas, el techo con manchas de humedad, era un cuento de terror, y por si fuera poco, la indiferencia de una de las recepcionistas fue brutal, estuvimos esperando por más de una hora, hasta que se le ocurriese darnos la habitación.

Se nota que al gerente o los dueños no les interesa darle mantenimiento al hotel, por otro lado, si me cambiaron de habitación (708), pero esta tenía un vidrio, la cual esta afilado, cualquier descuido podría ocasionar un accidente.
