Location
Long time for maintenance to fix out TV. Had to call twice. Similar problem also with another booking
The location is great; it is near both the shopping center and several restaurants.
The room is nice; however, there is leftover food in the fridge that the housekeeper did not clean up.
Beds were comfortable, AC and heat worked great. The shower was really clean, and water pressure was great. There were two TVs, allow one remote was broken and wouldn’t work that well.
There was yellow stuff all over the bathroom ceiling. The breakfast wasn’t that great, and there was no variety on coffee. Some staff during breakfast were rude the first night we stayed. The pool was down for maintenance, which is something they should’ve made known over the phone to us. We ended up checking out a day ahead due to some of these issues. When we stayed Friday evening we called over the phone to book the room, since we couldn’t modify on here to add an additional day. So realistically we would’ve been staying Friday-Sunday, but we checked out Saturday Evening.
Close to stores and places we needed to go
I can tell the cleaners half ass their job. I wanted to take a shower after a long day of driving and there was no conditioner or body wash. I went to sit on the couch and something stabbed me and it was some sort of smoking tool device. I pulled out the couch and there was a dead and decomposing stink bug folded in the couch. The overnight front desk lady Mary is not trained well with the system and there was a lot of mix ups and miscommunications. My partner and I had our room for 2 nights and we were awoken to one of the staff trying to forcefully get into our room because they said they thought the room was vacant because their keycard wasn’t working
Clean
The main reason we stayed there was because of the pool. But the pool was drained and they didn't tell us until we checked in.
Nice clean rooms. Very comfortable
hotel is nice overall....
unfortunately we stayed in 215.... very loud & rooms close by stayed up all night ..... partying...
Plenty of towels, room was warm. Breakfast was good.
no remote for second tv. Needs a fan in the bathroom.
The pool was nice and wasn't cold. Front desk staff was friendly.
There were smoke stains on the bathroom ceiling as if someone previous has smoked while bathroom was hot and left stains in water droplets. There was also crumbs on the floor towards both headboards
The heater in rm. 203 is loud.
The placement of the bathroom toilet paper holder is ridiculous

We were the only people checking in at that time. Had to wait 5 minutes for a receptionist to finally come around from the back room. Very unpleasant. not greeting us at all. No welcome. just asked us for our name.
We had reservation for 4 people... so you might have wanted to have towels for 4 people. No bedding for the sofa bed, no extra pillows. Had to make 2 trips down to front office to get everything we needed.
We frequent the Erie area often but will never stay at this location again.
