I loved the pool, the breakfast buffet, and the ease of checking in.

Cons:

We had missing remotes, ants all through our room, broken lighting, unclean room. Place has gone downhill.

Location is great!

The location is great; it is near both the shopping center and several restaurants.

The room is nice; however, there is leftover food in the fridge that the housekeeper did not clean up.

Id rate this room, and hotel a 5/10 score
Pros:

Beds were comfortable, AC and heat worked great. The shower was really clean, and water pressure was great. There were two TVs, allow one remote was broken and wouldn’t work that well.

Cons:

There was yellow stuff all over the bathroom ceiling. The breakfast wasn’t that great, and there was no variety on coffee. Some staff during breakfast were rude the first night we stayed. The pool was down for maintenance, which is something they should’ve made known over the phone to us. We ended up checking out a day ahead due to some of these issues. When we stayed Friday evening we called over the phone to book the room, since we couldn’t modify on here to add an additional day. So realistically we would’ve been staying Friday-Sunday, but we checked out Saturday Evening.

Dirty and gross beds and no pool
Pros:

The pull out couch had bugs pee and pooh stains, ground up Oreo cookies and chips on it, desk guy said nothing could be done and no manager on duty until Monday
I checked in on Saturday also pool has been broken for some time but they do not tell u upon booking and charge full
fee!!
my 17 year old is not sleeping in faeces

Overall not a good or cleanly experience and would not want to stay here or interact with any of the staff again

Close to stores and places we needed to go

Cons:

I can tell the cleaners half ass their job. I wanted to take a shower after a long day of driving and there was no conditioner or body wash. I went to sit on the couch and something stabbed me and it was some sort of smoking tool device. I pulled out the couch and there was a dead and decomposing stink bug folded in the couch. The overnight front desk lady Mary is not trained well with the system and there was a lot of mix ups and miscommunications. My partner and I had our room for 2 nights and we were awoken to one of the staff trying to forcefully get into our room because they said they thought the room was vacant because their keycard wasn’t working
