Fantastic hotel
Pros:

This was a great place! The staff, especially Tran Bao and Pavel were awesome. Loved the spa, more than the Toskana one actually. Everything was great.

Toller Frühstücksbuffet

Das Frühstücksbuffet, die Bar und die Mitarbeiter waren wundervoll. Der Service wirklich toll.

Cons:

Der TV im Zimmer war ein Witz, ebenso die fehlenden Steckdosen am Bett. Unser Balkon hat leider zum Innenhof gezeigt, welcher nicht ansehnlich war.

War gut, aber hier ist noch eine Verbesserung notwendig.

Wellness war gut, Zimmer gut, Bar ansprechend.

Cons:

Hektisches Personal im Frühstücksbereich, konnte noch mein Brötchen essen und retten, dann kamen die Abräumgeier....😂, war sehr aufdringlich. Urlaub ausschlafen und um 09:15 klopft das Reinigungsteam ob sie reinigen können, aufdringlich, geht doch gar nicht. Reinigung des fand statt, Mülltüte wurde zusammen geknotet und in der Gaderobe gelegt nicht mitgenommen und mitgenommende Bargläser aufs Zimmer wurden ignoriert und im Zimmer stehen gelassen.
