A expectativa de ter vista para o mar, conforme as fitos foi totalmente frustrada, pois nos colocaram numa casa, atrás do prédio, sem vista para nada. Além disso, o recepcionista foi é extremamente indelicado e grosseiro.

The staff and management are doing a great job with the unique challenges the building offers.
Pros:

The room was clean. Bed comfortable. Staff was always very accommodating and when we checked in we were informed that they were upgrading us to a larger room which was a pleasant surprise. The beach and boardwalk access is amazing. The Fig restaurant adjacent to the hotel is quite good. If you enjoy the very busy activity of the unique types of people that frequent the Venice boardwalk, this is a good place for you. The beach is huge and clean.

Cons:

Although the room was clean and comfortable we could not open the drapes due to windows from the other building looking in on us. That other building has regular meetings starting early in the morning with large groups of people that are often quite loud. At night the boardwalk was often noisy and woke us up. Parking is also rather expensive.

Era més un apartament que una habitació, amb sala d’estar i cuina, molt espaiós, ben il.luminat i amb finestres davant del mar, ens va encantar. La decoració molt bonica, el bany i la cuina estaven molt bé. El personal de l’hotel molt amable. Fantàsticament ben situat, davant del mar

Cons:

Els parkings públics del voltant son caríssims. Amb sort es pot aparcar gratis més amunt, a uns 8-10 minuts a peu. Per carregar les maletes, casi no es pot ni parar dos minuts sense que et renyin els veïns. El preu de l’apartament, només ens vam quedar una nit perquè la nit següent ja era cap de setmana i els preus estaven pels núvols

Absolutely delightful place to stay, rooms were charming with everything we needed, beach right outs
Pros:

The location was excellent right on the beach. Studio and casita was charming. The fig leaf restaurant was so convenient and food and service was great

Cons:

While the staff was polite and answered all our questions, provided towels when requested etc, felt they could have been friendlier and offered suggestions
