Un peu en dessous de nos attentes
Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse, plutôt calme.
Ça allait pour une nuit

Cons:

Pas d'ascenseur pour monter les valises. Accueil correct sans plus. Peu d'eau chaude pour la douche.
Pour ce prix un petit déjeuner devrait être inclus

Pros:

War soweit ok für 1 Nacht, v.a. das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Lage sehr gut, kurze Distanz zu Fuss zum Strand.

Cons:

Zimmer eher dunkel, nur zum Schlafen geeignet.

The front desk staff were AMAZING!!! Very accommodating and helpful. The hotel was in a prime location central to everything. 5 minutes walk to beach and bars and restaurants. The hotel was amazing. Very modern, hip and clean. The restaurant in the hotel was also amazing. Was just a great experience overall, especially considering we booked the hotel the day we landed due to other accommodations falling through last minute. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The walk-in shower, when in use, gets water all over the floor if you don't have towels down.

Great hotel if you stay in San Juan, close to beach, airport and shops
Pros:

Great location 2mn from the beach and lots of restaurants/shops around. A special shout-out to the front staff who have been above and beyond to help is when we were stranded in Puerto Rico for a couple of days

Great location, Santurce has many great restaurants and beach is just down the street and very clean and nice.

Cons:

Free coffee for breakfast was very nice. They should consider getting a bigger commercial coffeemaker so that it wasn’t constantly empty or put some nescafes in the rooms
