Pros:

De inrichting, hygiëne, ontbijt,
Stilte midden in de stad. De kleine attenties.
Iedereen was heel vriendelijk, Susan was TOP

Cons:

Het ontbreken van een echte bar of salon, rechtstreeks verbonden aan het hotel.
Wat bij regenweer? Ganse dag op de kamer?

Lovely hotel. Very disappointing experience
Pros:

This hotel is really lovely. The rooms were gorgeous and is in the perfect location

Cons:

I was very disappointed with the experience as there was another guest in the room next door that spent all night screaming shouting and banging. I contacted reception who sent a someone up however the male was left causing a disturbance and kept me awake all night. The shouting continued into the morning and was reported to staff again who left him to it. Extremely disappointed that no action was taken and I was disappointed with the response to my complaint in the morning.
