Fantastic mid week break - stylish hotel, great service.
Pros:

Located right in the old town, just 5-10 mins walk to all the key sights.
Excellent breakfast buffet.
Spacious and stylish room. Exceptionally clean.

Cons:

We loved that they left us sweet treats the first evening we arrived. We hoped they'd repeat the same every night but they did not. But the turn down service was excellent otherwise with toiletries and towels being replaced as needed.

Fabulous!
Pros:

Excellent location, everything was within easy walking distance. Staff excellent, very clean hotel and beautiful room. Rooftop area also excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Mede dankzij ons Hotel hebben wij genoten van een fantastische week in Alicante!
Pros:

Locatie in het prachtige oude centrum, in de nabijheid van de waanzinnig mooie boulevard en haven. Luxe kamer met formidabele bedden! Top service wat hygiëne betreft. Goede geluidsisolatie en klimaatbeheersing.

Cons:

Wat ons tegenviel was het overdekte waterbad op het dak. Het water was véél te warm en het dak had er af of open moeten kunnen bij zonnig weer. Het terras had meer privacy mogen hebben.

Unfortunately if we travel again we will be reviewing alternative accommodation.
Pros:

Had stayed in this Hotel previously - it has a great central location within walking distance of the main promenade and restaurants.

Cons:

Overall very disappointed having had an excellent experience previously - 5 Star Hotel with 5 Star prices yet the room was freezing with the AC impossible to regulate - Shower temperature was intermittent and each time you had a shower you got a free foot bath as it was not draining properly !! - Staff were not friendly - efficient but not friendly !! and gave the impression they were not enjoying their work - breakfast quality was well below expectations of a 5 Star Hotel - more like 4 Star and overall the package was expensive

Hotel un po datato ma ben curato. Personale molto professionale e disponibile ad aiutare ad esaudire le tue richieste. Colazione molto buona. Posizione eccellente e garage ( a pagamento ) in struttura per l’auto. Camera (junior suite) molto confortevole

Cons:

Per un hotel 5 stelle mi sono stupito di alcune lacune trovate in doccia. La doccia perdeva parecchio.

Another beautiful stay in Alicante
Pros:

The staff are excellent. From the moment we drove in to the hotel they were delighted to assist us. The location is also excellent as if the rooftop pool.
