Locatie was top. Personeel liep mee naar kamer.

Cons:

Eerste kamer stonk. Kregen direct een nieuwe dat wel. Kamer indeling is wat apart, schuifwand tussen douchedeel en slaap gedeelte en dus geen aparte deur..

Top for location and design features
Pros:

Every review will note the perfect location for touring Alicante. We were surprised that, except for one desk staff person, there was little knowledge of the local restaurant scene and we were consistently sent to the tourist zone one block away...while beautiful, more interesting restaurants were only a few blocks into the city. Room was comfy on all factors.

Cons:

First night, Carnevale. No warning--due to weather, it was postponed a week and went on a half-block away on La Rambla. Horrendous music, screaming, cheering until 4 am. Offer of free breakfast? No....A cocktail or wine in the lounge next door? No. Just a ruined night and blurry next day. Missed marketing opportunity as we will be back, just not here.

Excellent 5 star stay - highly recommended
Pros:

Excellent hotel in very convenient location close to sea front & lots of restaurants. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Overall a very enjoyable stay - would highly recommend the hotel.

Cons:

Shower leaked a bit but not a major issue.

Fantastic stay at Hospes Amerigo
Pros:

Absolutely amazing experience. The greeting on arrival was really warm and friendly, we were offered a glass of bubbly whilst checking in which was a really nice touch. The rooms were stylish and quality and exceptionally clean and also very quiet. The experience was fantastic.
