Urbana Langsuan Hotel

The property is worn out and old. It needs major renovation.

Location wise it’s on Lang Susan road so very close to the shopping/business district of the Central World. Easy access to the BTS

Room was clean modern and well maintained. Washer/dryer is a plus for longer stay. Breakfast was adequate with all major breakfast foods provided. Well priced hotel for what you get

We stayed here for 6 nights. We had 2 bedroom accommodation equipped with 2 washrooms, a kitchenette and living room/dining area. It was quite suitable for our needs.
It is a well staffed hotel who were always friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included with our booking. The breakfast area was well stocked and had more than ample choices in tea, coffee, yogurt, omelete station, etc.
The rooftop pool was closed due to safety reasons because of a recent earthquake concerns. Some parts of the hotel needs a a little touch up of baseboards and paint.
In the general hotel location there are a variety of transportation options, food establishments, and shopping venues.
If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay here

Great hotel, Great location great staff!
This lobby and rooms had the feel of a VIP resort service level!
The staff are truly seconded to NONE!
From being greeted from our taxi with the car door being opened to bags being carried for us!
They do have laundry services and complementary detergent at front desk! Airport shuttle wasn’t offered but they helped us arrange taxi!

Have an amazing edges rooftop pool! On the 35th floor! This is a must book so much to see in Bangkok, this was truly a beautiful place to come home each night!

The condition of the kitchen was not update. The doors of the cabinet were broken and poor condition

Stayed at this hotel in Sept 2024 for 4 nights in a studio apartment.
It's nestled away in a quite location in Bangkok. Not many bars or restaurants (apart from fast food) near.
There are x3 7-11 near, Taco Bell on the corner, bakery and burger place within easy walking distance.

Shame bar/restaurants at this establishment closed at 5pm. It certainly would make the hotel be more atmospheric if it stayed open into the evening. Which this hotel lacks.
Only had breakfast one 300 BHT for a very poor selection. Not worth the money!
The sky train is only a short walk away so we went to Nana for night life.

The room itself was large as we opted for the studio apartments. The bed was comfortable with nice pillows. Free safe, x2 ring stove top, fridge and microwave. Mini fridge was nuts, crisp x2 cokes x2 beers which you pay for. Although x2 bottles of water was replaced daily for free.
There was 2 sachets of coffee, cream and suger to see you over until you can get to the store.
Cleanliness wasn't great. Good job I take disinfectant wipes with me everywhere.
The room furniture and fittings were very tired looking and needs updating.
Reception staff very welcoming. However, be prepared to wait 10 minutes for staff to check your room before you check out and have your deposit of 1000BHT returned

It’s good property needs improvements not bad for the price I paid. Room had a bad Oder.

I am thoroughly disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. As a seasoned traveler who has been to Thailand over 30 times and stayed at a wide range of accommodations, from the luxurious Mandarin Oriental to the budget Chinatown hotels, I expected a certain level of service and quality. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

First, we were a group of 6, 3 moms and 3 kids. The hotel was a good 15-minute walk from the nearest BTS station. It would have been greatly appreciated if the hotel had provided a shuttle service like many of your competitors do.

The complimentary breakfast provided was an absolute disappointment, failing to meet even the basic standards one would expect from a hotel of this price range. The selection and quality were far below the level I have experienced at other similarly priced accommodations.

The most unacceptable incident occurred on the fourth day of our stay when we discovered a significant water leak from the bathroom ceiling in one of the rooms. We immediately notified the management, only to be met with an appalling lack of urgency and responsiveness. It was not until the following evening, during dinner time, that a technician was finally sent to address the problem. By then, the room's carpet was completely soaked, and the technician's attempt to fix the issue created an even bigger mess, with dust and dirt scattered throughout the two affected rooms.

Worse still, the technician entered the other room without our permission, where our valuables and money were kept. This was a severe breach of our privacy and security, and we were extremely uncomfortable with the situation. The technician's arrival during our planned dinner time forced us to cancel our evening plans and order food delivery, ruining our last night in Bangkok.

When we requested that the manager be called to assess the situation, we were informed that he would arrive at 10:15 pm. Unfortunately, the manager never showed up, forcing us to cancel our evening plans and wait anxiously for a resolution. Exhausted and frustrated, we had no choice but to resign ourselves to sleeping in the unsanitary conditions of the hotel's negligence.

The following day, when we attempted to discuss the matter with the manager during checkout, he claimed that he had not been informed of the incident despite being on the premises until 10:30 pm the previous night. His half-hearted apology and suggestion that the staff was not performing their duties adequately only added insult to injury.

I am deeply disappointed that my family's vacation was marred by such a poor experience at your hotel. I can only hope that you will take the necessary steps to improve your management, training, and responsiveness to ensure that no other guests have to endure the same level of disappointment and inconvenience that we faced. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I sincerely hope that you will address these issues promptly to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.

Convenient and friendly staff - busy swimming pool

Super smart hotel with wonderfully friendly staff from the door staff , front desk and restaurant. Fantastic size two room apartment perfect for families. Beautiful roof top swimming pool.Smart location, nice park short walk away, quiet location from the hustle and bustle of central city. Had lovely meal in the restaurant.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The swimming pool was good too. Location is good as well but i hope they offer free shuttle (tuktuk). The price is a bit higher compared to the other 5star hotels. The lobby is spacious. The staffs are very accommodating.

Service was okay and timely when we ask for amenities.
However, we had a terrible experience with their aircon as we all know the weather in bangkok is very hot! The aircon wasn't working since we were went out in the morning. We notify the staff to go ahead while we are away and check the aircon, but nothing was until we were at 3am at night. We remember that we told the front desk staff to check at least 3 times. A technician finally came to check on the 3rd time reporting & said he needs an 1 hour to fix.
So we had to ask to change our room because we were too tired for the day & we can't be waiting for an hour, the front desk agreed.
Right now, in our new room, after coming back from our day activities, the living room aircon is not blowing cold air at all. I just showered and i can't sit in the living for too long, i felt warm & about to perspire. I really think the hotel require some sort of aircon maintenance to check the servicibilty of your rooms!

The spa was never open when I went to see them
The restaurant (after breakfast) was massively limited and expensive
The breakfast bar was generally good, but the music was terrible: loud lift music type jazz
Having a washing machine in the room was excellent
No bath, only a shower
Room service only comes if you hit the light to clean the room but they are very good and helpful when they do come
The gym is good
Rooftop pool is good
Like others have said, generally a bit run-down
Convenient 7-11 store over the road 2 minutes away

I think for the price, it was ok. The pool in the rooftop has amazing views

We stayed on a two bedroom property,very convenient as we can cook and wash clothes.Location is close to Lumphini park,Pratrunam Market and Siam Paragon. Hotel staff are the star of the stay for being welcoming helpful and friendly.Will recommend Urbana Langsuan and I will stay here again for sure.
