Great hotel, friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast, close proximity to the town cebtre
Pros:

Great friendly staff. Good breakfast with openly of choice. Excellent location for the theatre this was our third stay at this hotel- highly recomnended

Cons:

Maybe a fridge in the room but otherwise the room was very well equipped

The bed was awful, sit on it and you roll into the middle join, the quilt is too small for the bed. The water pressure was awful, bath took forever to fill and even longer to empty. Spoke to reception and they didn't comprehend what I told them

Definitely not a 4 star hotel, booked hotel very early so did not pay a lot for the room which was a positive

Would stay again but be more accurate on recording “extras”

Cons:

Great reception on arrival - however…….when checking out I was told I had a breakfast to pay for. My room was booked as non breakfast yet for a while receptionist was rather insistent we had had a breakfast - eventually I was told it was ok. No apology received just “It had been sorted”. I would have expected a better customer response and an apology for the admin mistake but that wasn’t forthcoming

Friendly welcome to comfort in middle of city centre. So convenient.
Pros:

Staff very helpful and welcoming on arrival at the newly refurbished hotel which is excellently situated. The bedroom large with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast with very helpful and friendly service offers a great selection of continental items or typical full English on offer.

Cons:

On checking out found staff on reception far less helpful which was a shame as not a good way to encourage returning guests.

easily reached by tram and in a quiet side street so it was not to noisy to sleep

We would thoroughly recommend this hotel. The staff are xheerful, friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The room was clean and everything we needed ws there. Location in city centre good for the Motorpoint Arena. The breakfast has plenty of choice and the staff were friendly and helpful. Decor was clean and fresh.

Cons:

Flannesl would be useful.
