Pros:

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are well equipped and spacious. Comfy bed and clean.

Cons:

Let down by a very rude and unwelcoming receptionist on arrival. Needs some basic training on being a front of house welcoming guests as opposed to making it feel like arriving is causing an inconvenience.

The hotel bar isn't very good. Minimal drinks offering and no real atmosphere.
