Very convenient and pleasant.
Pros:

Breakfast was nicely cooked and served with a smile. The rooms are always clean. The hotel is really near the Royal Centre and therefore excellent. Staff are always pro-active and securing the best price. Air con works well.

Cons:

NO evening food available - there always used to be. Been coming to this hotel for over 30 years.

An enjoyable stay although we only stayed for a short period of time.

Excellent location and nice restaurant.

Cons:

One of the rooms needs a new toilet seat. Very stained and not clean.

Great once we found it !
Pros:

Excellently central, comfortable & friendly welcoming staff. Brilliant air conditioning & other room features.

Cons:

Really hard to find the car park, even with prior advice of a postcode & a modern satnav which directed us to the Crowne Plaza car park behind the hotel across the road.

Great, clean friendly hotel.
Pros:

Clean, good room temperature. Didn't feel stuffy. Staff all really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Car park instruction. Looks like it came with room but parking at the hotel is really limited, so unlikely. You will need to park down the road. This could be an issue for customers with limited mobility and there is an additional cost involved.

Air conditioning was working, which was a lifeline in the heat

Cons:

No vegetarian sausages prepared. Staff said they could cook some for me, however time was tight so had to find an alternative.
