Receptionist very welcoming,courteous and efficient .All the facilities excellent.

Nottingham has a lot to see and do - the hotel is a good location for visitors, close to restaurants
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate but other food in hotel non-existent. Hotel generally clean and quiet.

Cons:

Cleaning of rooms was difficult to anticipate. Reception staff were a little uninterested. It would have been nice to have a folder/leaflet about Nottingham in the room or at reception. Heating/Air-con needed instructions. It would have been nice to have proper bed-side tables. A proper bath would be a good thing to consider (not the wet room style arrangement we had) Perhaps Cupboards/wardrobe with doors look tidier? A complimentary drink would help put the hotel bar be on our map to visit. Signs for the hotel in the street were not observed by us and hotel proved a bit hard to find

Great if you don’t have to deal with the staff
Pros:

Clean, comfortable beds, crisp sheets, great location good price

Cons:

There was an alarm went off, 3am, staff walked into our room the next morning even though we had a do not disturb sign. Fine.. these things can happen however the way the staff spoke to us was appalling.
