Pensioners do not stay here. Discriminatory and rude staff along with poor accommodation

Good location near beach

Cons:

Staff were discriminatory against pensioners. After being asked to attend a presentation to obtain an Accor card for free we were subsequently told we were ineligible due to being pensioners. The pool had numerous ducks in it from time to time, sometimes more than 30. There was duck poo on the bottom of the pool from time to time. After paying nearly $400 per night for a week our apartment had very little hot water. This was not rectified even after reporting.

Auf Nachfrage beim einchecken ruhigeres Zimmer als vorne an der Hauptstrasse erhalten.
waren schliesslich 4 Nächte da und hatten schon ein 3/4 Jahr vorher gebucht.

Cons:

zimmer: sehr spartanische Küchenausstattung, keine Kochmöglichkeit (Herd)
Pools: aussenpool zu kalt, abends zu viele Enten; es macht dann keinen Spass zwischen dem Kot herumalufen zu müssen; oft lautes geschrei am Pool, wenn die Personalmeetings zu Ende waren...
Urlauber kommen teils sehr spät an und rumpeln mit ihren Koffern direkt an den Terassen vorbei ohne Rücksicht zu nehmen.
Sebel buselton passt nicht, da das Resort sich ca 6 km entfernt von Busselton befindet: Sebel Broadwater wäre zutreffend
kein Hinweis vorher, dass es sich um ein Accor Premium handelt.

Disappointing. As it was our first time at this Resort we expected a better effort. We will not stay there again.
Pros:

The pool area was great and the shower in the room was hot.

Cons:

The studio room we had was right at the front. It was very humid and came with midges and mosquitos. The outside area of the unit was not useable as it was too noisy from the road noise.
We could not leave the screen door open for fresh air for the same reason.
The parking for our unit was not in the area outside that block of units.

The spa in the pool area was not accessible for me as the step on the ladder was rounded metal which did not afford a good grip.
The pool area was great but the heated pool and spa area was a bit dingy.

Regarding our unit - The tea/coffee box had not been replenished upon our arrival and we had to ask for more after one day which the staff member gave out sparingly.
The room was supposed to be serviced daily. It was done so on the first day with fresh towels but no replenishment of tea, etc hence our request for more.
The room was not serviced on the second day which we discovered when we arrived back from our day out. We rang through to reception and requested clean towels - the very nice receptionist lady was on her own so we collected them from the office.
We handed in our door cards on leaving to the woman at the desk - no smiles or asking if we had enjoyed our stay.

Loved the ammenities , access to the beach and well appointed & modern rooms

The balcony on our room needed a good clean , otherwise we really loved the property.
