Upon arrival we noticed a lot of teenager kids running around. We were told they were a baseball team. We asked to be moved on a different floor but the receptionist assured us that there would be no problem with them and that the administration would take care of any issue. Well, they didn't. The noise was enormous. The kids were running around, screaming, knocking on doors. The parents were even worse. Some of them were very drunk. The walls and the doors are paper thin (apparently in all Holiday Inns) so you could hear everything. We called the reception to complain but they didn't do anything. We didn't sleep the whole night. The hotel offered a refund but our day was already ruined. We would never stay in this or any other Holiday inn hotels again.

All of the staff we interacted with were very kind. The location was great. Pool for the kids. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options and space to enjoy.

The late checkout was a great bonus. We ran a long race in the morning and having the opportunity to take a shower was blessing.

Housekeeping didn't make the day, even on the schedule they currently have. Trash was removed, until the end of my stay. towels never replaced. Dont know if room was vacuum or not. Shower curtain rod was loose, inform front desk.
The entire place smells like a locker room and old cigarettes. The rooms sink was clogged with hair, the walls are thin so we heard everything in next room…all night, the air conditioner would only work on 67, the volume on the TV wouldn’t go lower than 7, and the doors shut heavy so we heard that all night too from the room next door and anyone else nearby. Overall terrible experience.
We had been driving all day and knew that we were needing a place to stop for the night. As a Hilton Honors member, we opted to stay at the Hampton Inn. It was a great choice!

Great breakfast! There were lots of options every day. I especially appreciated the high protein yogurt that I haven't seen at other hotels. Helpful staff and clean rooms.
Staff very friendly, very clean, breakfast amazing.
All in all we enjoyed very much and will go back again.
