A fantastic stay!
Pros:

I travel a lot with a guy dog, so I’m in a lot of hotels during the year. This happens to be the best hotel. I’ve been in in four or five years. The staff was amazing attendant to my needs. The room was very clean, comfortable bed and great shower! Thank you to all the staff for an exceptional job!

hotel was good but the unexpected parking fee was not
Pros:

breakfast was good and the room was comfortable

Cons:

when I booked the room the information was that there was free parking. Upon arrival I was told there was a 15 dollar charge to park the car at the hotel and was not given a choice since we had already been charged

I will definitely book again!
Pros:

I was very impressed with breakfast. Staff was friendly nice and helpful. We ordered a pizza from the hotel our second night there was also very good. Over all our visit was very good.

Cons:

The only negative I have to say is just the pool size.

Pros:

Only enough overhang at the entrance for 1 car and pretty tight space. Friendly and helpful staff. Poor lighting in room. Poor water pressure. Adjustable shower head but not handheld. No bathroom exhaust fan. Good bathroom counter space. Very hard yet lumpy beds and pillows. Room cleaned but not well cleaned, as there were spitballs stuck on the bathroom ceiling. Very Responsive in room HVAC. Only a handful of tv channels but easy to stream from your own accounts. Rooms are large with bedroom, sitting room and bathroom. 2 elevators, kind of slow but spacious. The room is well insulated from outside noise and only heard sound through the door from people being loud in the hall a couple times. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7am on the weekend which is too late I think but a sizable area for food it seemed. Underground parking option is small so must be booked far in advance. Shuttle shared with Hampton next door, sign up for shuttle to airport at front desk. Call for shuttle at airport after getting your bags and in waiting area, came within 10 minutes.

Other than that clean comfortable and friendly staff and environment.
Pros:

Free breakfast, very close to the mall of America, the bar sold pizza and it was amazing.

Cons:

I wish more staff spoke English it was kind of hard asking for things. Also I wish the bar stayed open longer.

Thanks for the good stay
Pros:

I liked the free breakfast and the bed was comfortable. The room was quiet and I did not hear my neighbors. The shower pressure was good and the towels were nice.
I appreciated not having to pay for parking. I chose to stay here partly due to the free parking...it is important to me.

Cons:

The breakfast items ran out and it took awhile for things to be replaced (bacon, eggs). It would have been better if there were more than two waffle makers. They were occupied the whole time I had breakfast by young children.
