Our bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Everything was great no complaints
We had two different 1-night stays at the property. The front desk agents we talked to were friendly. The room itself was clean and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast each morning was excellent.
However, there were 2 issues we found that people should be aware of. For both rooms we had, the lighting in it was extremely poor. This is due to both the brightness of the bulbs and the placement of them. It made certain sections of the room very dark, even when all of the lights were on. The second issue was parking. They sell "park and fly" options here. What this ends up doing is filling up their lot, so if you arrive late at night, you're lucky if there's even a spot available for your vehicle. We saw this both times we stayed here. They need to sell less of these "park and fly" options to ensure all of their guests have parking.
I chose this hotel because of its many positive reviews and because I’ve enjoyed staying at SpringHill Suites in other locations. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing.
The front desk area was dark and dreary, and my room had the same dim, uninviting lighting. My biggest disappointment was the bed. The bedding and pillows appeared old and overused, and the thin mattress pad didn’t even cover the mattress completely. The bathroom towels were also very washed out.
The complimentary breakfast was disappointing and lacked quality.
The one bright spot was the airport shuttle, which was prompt and got me to the airport on time. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for an otherwise disappointing stay.
The hotel room experience and breakfast were great, but the hotel restaurant and bar were inoperable and the biggest problem we had was with the GM, Mariam Wright-Hall. She was extremely rude to our family and refused to schedule an airport shuttle for us so we had to pay out of pocket for an Uber to get to the airport for our flight. I am a loyal Marriott customer with many stays… almost always things are perfect and I have never done a negative review, but I feel this needed to be shared. The GM at this location needs some customer service training.
Room was a good size. efficient staff. Good location
Loud, easy to hear hallway noise, toilet handle broken
Super easy check-in after a nearby hotel was incredibly rude . Moe got me all checked in and with a couple of bottles of water and his friendly personality took care of everything.

A beautiful clean hotel.
Our beds were definitely worn. They sank in the middle.
The property was next to the location I had to go to which was nice it’s not around much food places but it wasn’t a problem for me.
The room was okay but the beds weren’t the comfiest they worn down and lumpy but managed.
Everything! I loved it
Paying for parking
The layout the livingroom space away from the bed
The room I got didn’t have a bathtub
I travel weekly and book everything through my app. The app leaves a number to call for shuttle pick up. I called and it’s the hotel front desk who told me I have to go on a different website and then input a code to arrange shuttle pick up. First of all, I’m walking through the airport dragging luggage and I’m supposed to remember or write down websites and codes with nothing to write with. I’m not sure why the hotel can’t go onto the website and order it for their guests when they call. At the very least they need to put this info in their app so guests know how to get a shuttle. Needless to say, I took a taxi.
The room thermostat was out due to a dead battery (that I had to diagnose). They brought me extra blankets and a room heater but no batteries. Ridiculous.
The bed left a huge divot when I got up and I weigh 120 pounds. Fortunately, the Staff was very nice, esp Moe ot it would have only been 1- star
