Close to the airport
Pros:

The hotel as a whole is clean and welcoming. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. It was close to the airport which is why we chose this hotel. We will book again.

Mediocre and going down hill on every stay.

evening staff dressed horribly on check in. Jeans falling off below rear end. Carpets in hallways stained. Shuttle driver rude.

Room VERY dark. Light bulbs burnt out and VERY low wattage.

It was close by Mall of America. We had a shuttle to/ from mall & airport. Really convenient
Pros:

Breakfast was great. They need a spoon or ladle for the pancake mix. Bed was comfy.

The parking on Friday night was limited. We had to park at the adjacent hotel because there were no available spots. This hotel allows airport parking which resulted in limited parking for hotel guests.

Wont stay again.
Pros:

Lobby was dirty and trash cans over flowing even after this morning. Asked for shuttle they couldn’t help us and said to call at 11pm, called then was to busy to help. Called again and scheduled. Canceled and was not happy with this hotel

Good in general, but 2 glaring issues that should be fixed.
Pros:

We had two different 1-night stays at the property. The front desk agents we talked to were friendly. The room itself was clean and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast each morning was excellent.

However, there were 2 issues we found that people should be aware of. For both rooms we had, the lighting in it was extremely poor. This is due to both the brightness of the bulbs and the placement of them. It made certain sections of the room very dark, even when all of the lights were on. The second issue was parking. They sell "park and fly" options here. What this ends up doing is filling up their lot, so if you arrive late at night, you're lucky if there's even a spot available for your vehicle. We saw this both times we stayed here. They need to sell less of these "park and fly" options to ensure all of their guests have parking.

Disappointed
Pros:

I chose this hotel because of its many positive reviews and because I’ve enjoyed staying at SpringHill Suites in other locations. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing.

The front desk area was dark and dreary, and my room had the same dim, uninviting lighting. My biggest disappointment was the bed. The bedding and pillows appeared old and overused, and the thin mattress pad didn’t even cover the mattress completely. The bathroom towels were also very washed out.

The complimentary breakfast was disappointing and lacked quality.

The one bright spot was the airport shuttle, which was prompt and got me to the airport on time. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for an otherwise disappointing stay.
