Very inconvenient with having to move to a different room.

Pros:

Staff was absolutely exceptional. Breakfast was better than average.
Room lighting was such that I really wish I had brought a flashlight with me.

Pros:

We loved the staff but no heat in our room!

Cons:

We asked for the front desk to fix our heat and they didn't offer us a new room that had heat. We were offered only a Blanket and a space heater. We had no choice but to take the space heater. At one point our room was 59 degrees. The fan blew all night. It was 2 degrees in mn. We were not happy.

Room wasn't what we expected, but everything was clean and staff was great.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, staff was very pleasant. Set up of bar/breakfast area was nice.

Cons:

We thought the bedroom was going to be a separate room with a door. The sliding window between the bed and sitting area was strange. Extra blanket was super scratchy.

Move the check in part of the front desk away from the door to the far part of the counter. It was hard to hear over people coming in and out, plus it was soooo cold every time the automatic doors opened.

Cons:

Never had our room cleaned the entire stay, no fresh towels, or toiletries, room was not 100% clean upon arrival, no body wash in shower, no exhaust fan in bathroom- perfect breeding grounds for mold, many of the breakfast items were gone by 7:30, pool key never worked, no parking after 9pm. Not overally impressed considering the price. Moe at the front desk was very nice and welcoming, and that is one positive we experienced.

Perfect spot for what we needed.
Pros:

Emily was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and had a great variety. Great shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Cons:

Lights didn’t work on the bed and lighting was poor.
