Adequate....mostly cold stuff hough.
Waffles were good, but was the only hot item besides toast.
They was of tremendous help and completely nice and caring. The staff really showed me how much they care about their guests. This place is definitely a 5 star hotel in my eyes. Anyone would be silly if they didn't try out microtel if they ever come to Houma, La.
Location
The clerk was rude. The room had a smell. The showers knob fell off and we were unable to shower the next morning. There was no hot water. Even the coffee was cold. I will never stay here again. Totally 100% bad experience.

The bed wasn’t comfortable and the room was the size of a shoe box
I requested a handicapped room and was told on multiple occasions when I spoke with staff confirming my reservations that I was set up to stay in a handicapped room. When I arrived there was not a handicapped room available for me. The staff was apologetic for the inconvenience and did move me to a ground floor. Due to this mix up I would not suggest your hotel to others.
Other than this, my stay was uneventful, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was clean and in good working order.

The staff and hotel were excellent. Employees were welcoming. Clean rooms well kept up and decorative. Modest breafast provided. Nice.
The only curb thrown...my cousin lster explained is SOME hotels do not have closets to hang clothing, no drawers. I bought additional carrying bag and left more clothes on floor and bed. Did not use housekeeping until departure. So tip reflected.
