Everything was wonderful except for the flickering lines on the TV that made watching tv difficult
Pros:

Easy check in. Love that there is a couch in the room, clean, and staff was friendly.

Cons:

The TV picture quality was bad. The screen had white, flickering vertical lines that looked like it was snowing. We didn't complain because we were only there for one night. But it did make it hard to watch TV.

Pros:

Love the facilities, the proximity to the i95. Beautiful property. Breakfast was outstanding.

Cons:

The staff in the cafe wasn’t prepare for the massive amount of people that was there to order breakfast. Even though they did amazing and smiling and willing to do whatever, however I think the manager should anticipate the high occupancy and be prepared with staff so they can provide a better and faster service.

Just what we need.
Pros:

We were in town for my Aunts 90th birthday celebration and the hotel met all of our needs. The location was great. The property was clean as well as our room. The staff were accommodating and friendly. It had a nice bar which served breakfast and dinner foods and cocktails.

Great staff and central location!

Great location and staff!
We can say based on a lot of experiences this is by far the best Courtyard we have stayed in. We had given up on the Courtyard brand, but after this stay we will definitely be back at least at this location. Heather is a positive upbeat manager and you feel it through out. Azalea at the bistro handles crowds with ease and always has a smile. This location gets what it means to deliver a positive customer experience!!
We are putting this hotel as a favorite on our list.

Beauutiful building inside and outside, professional staff. I would return back.me

The place was beautiful. The room l would give
a five star points. Outside the room win dow gorgeous landscaping and pretty
building in the back, that Iater found out it was a hospital.
The staff was helpful, polite, and professional.
I would gladly reccommend and return back.

It was okay.
Pros:

Comfortable and good area .

Cons:

Only thing that’s really close is Applebee’s and Starbucks but everywhere else you have to walk like 10-15 minutes away which is not bad . I received a dirty towel, and stained sheets and comforters , no free breakfast.
