Que tenia dos camas separadas

Cons:

Me cobraron dos veces y tuve que reclamar la devolución de un pago. Lo hicieron rápidamente, pero si no me hubiera dado cuenta tendría que haberlo gestionado a la vuelta.
No nos dejaron usar saloncito con mesas de la planta baja.
Pedimos 2 extras mantas y solo nos dieron 1.

Pros:

Apartahotel, situado en barrio cercano al centro de Burdeos. Cuenta con aparcamiento (de pago) en superficie, por lo que es ideal para coches grandes. Admiten mascotas y cuenta con una pequeña cocina dentro de la habitación.

Cons:

El barrio donde esta situado esta a unos 20 minutos del centro caminando. Es un barrio más humilde que en un principio puede no parecer seguro, pero el hotel esta en una calle principal y no hay problema.

La chambre confortable. L’accueil et l'amabilité du personnel, La qualité du petit déjeuner dans une jolie salle bien décorée et lumineuse. Le parking sécurisé. Les accès sécurisés piétons et voitures.

La habitacion para 4 era espectacular...tipo loft..no le faltaba detalle

Cons:

C’était la deuxième fois que nous venions, la première fois il n’y avait pas de gel douche, cette fois nous avons dû changer de chambre, la chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dû aller dans un autre bâtiment.
Tout cela doit se vérifier avant de donner les chambres aux clients…
