Чисто, ухоженно, удобные кровати и подушки. Персонал приветливый. Завтрак брали один раз. Голодными не остались Если бы он входил в цену номера, было бы приятнее. В номере очень тихо. Парковка прямо на закрытой территории отеля. Очень удобно. Немного далековато от исторического центра, но мы знали это заранее. Кондиционер в номере отличный, мы попали прямо в пик жары, когда на улице было до 42 градусов, в номере было великолепно.

Pros:

It was excellent stay. Large spacious rooms, large size beds, awesome service, great breakfast.

The location is very convinuent, secure and well maintained. I woudl highly recoomend this hotel. AMAZING PLACE

Cons:

Huge rooms, nice kitchenette, good refrigerator, very comfortable beds and nice shiny rooms with lots of natural light and good air-conditioning. Good very family like breakfast. Nothing to wish more.

Vraiment très bien
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse. Cuisine pratique. Clim réglable. J’ai pu arriver avant midi et ma chambre était prête .

Cons:

La douche n’est pas très bien conçu, l’eau coule partout quand on se douche.

車の無い利用者にはメリットが乏しい、かな。
Pros:

浴室が綺麗で、使い勝手が良い。お湯の出も良い。
20年ぶりの熱波襲来で40℃超の暑さの中、エアコンがありとても重宝した。が、室温度の設定が「２２」のまま変更できない。で、就寝中は少し寒かった。

Cons:

アパートメントにしては、少し手狭。スーツケース広げたら、一杯になる。
カトラリーが貧弱。　特に、ワイングラスが1個しかなく、追加してもらった。ワインの都のボルドーなのに。
帰ってた時だが、うっかりゲート番号忘れで困った。インターホンで開けてくれるよう伝えると、女性の声で「番号を押せ」と言った切り。戻って来た利用客のお陰で、入室できた。
部屋は1階だったが、階下の駐車場で夜中の2時に騒ぐことが2回あった。二重窓だったのだが、やはりウルサイ。思わず窓を開けて怒鳴ったやったが、水でも掛けてやれば良かったのかな。

Pros:

L'habitació era molt complerta i conformable. La cuineta per fer àpats senzills era molt útil. La situació fora del centre, però molt aprop caminant i molt fàcil agafar el transport públic (tant tramvia com bus).

Cons:

Hi ha només un aspecte que no m’ha acabat de convèncer i que fa que no posi una puntuació més alta, sinó un 7.
L’habitació, a l’arribada, estava molt neta, però el servei de neteja durant l’estada no ha estat a l’alçada. Bàsicament es limitaven a buidar les papereres i fer una neteja superficial del lavabo, però no escombraven, no feien el llit ni una neteja més completa.
Al tercer dia vaig comunicar-ho, però malauradament no vaig notar cap millora en aquest aspecte.
Crec que és un punt important a revisar, ja que és una llàstima que aquest detall faci baixar la valoració global de l’hotel.

An excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

My second time here and it was excellent. Clean, comfortable, easy to access and well-located for my needs. The equipment in the little "kitchen" area was more comprehensive and in better condition than the last time. Very friendly and helpful staff, and a big plus was that I was allowed to leave my cases and return later in the day for them. Thank you!

Cons:

As before, the only minor issue for me was that the side panel in the shower doesn't prevent water covering the floor, especially if you are tall and need the shower-head up high. So I had to ask for more floor mats. This problem is so common throughout continental europe that I'm surprised that it hasn't been generally solved!
