This is a very nice hotel next to a beautiful park with a small lake. The rooms are very nice and the staff is excellent, friendly and accommodating. There is a very good restaurant onsite and parking is conveniently onsite.

Beautiful hotel in a historic building across from a lovely lake & park. The room was adequate, but the bathroom is odd. There is a full window from the room with full views of the shower and toilet which didn’t leave any privacy. The shower also sprayed all over the bathroom when we tried to use it.

Staying at Villa Paulita was a superb experience. My only small criticisms were the lack of tissues in the room and no drinking water supplied on each day. For a hotel of the standard and price these should be supplied gratis.

Excellent Hôtel, très bien placé à Puigcerda en centre-ville et à côté du lac. Les chambres sont spacieuses confortables et très bien équipée. La salle de bain est très belle et est suffisamment grande. Excellent accueil de l’équipe très professionnel et agréable.

A beautiful place to relax and unwind in the mountains. Situated in the charming old part of town with good restaurant and bar choices. The hotel grounds are lovely with lots of space to relax under the trees for meals or drinks.

Dans l'ensemble cet hôtel est plutôt un 3 étoiles si l'on excepte les spa qui est très agréable.
Localisation parfaite.
Literie dure et chambre petite. J'ai très mal dormi.
Pour un 4 étoiles, je m'attendais à un petit déjeuner un peu plus qualitatif

Nice hotel in a nice location. Restaurant could have been more welcoming for the evening so we decided to eat in town nearby on foot where there is a lot of choice.
Rooms were very comfortable but sound insulation not brilliant.

A beautiful property situated on the shore of a pond in the center of town. The villa is beautifully restored, and the adjacent restaurant has terrific views. The rooms are located in a nearby building. The rooms are modern and snazzy, perhaps a bit too much. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom large, but it was difficult, nearly impossible, to close and open the sliding door to the bathroom. By no means a show-stopper, but a bit more thought should have been put into designing the bathroom for use by humans. All in all, highly recommended. After all, no place is perfect.

It's a nice hotel with great staff but the drains in my room's bathroom (Rm. 14) smelled really bad. They could not be resolved during my 3-night stay. Quite an expensive stay overall. Very close to town so 10 minutes walking found some open restaurants.

Le réceptionniste m’a expliqué quand réservant par eux l’accès est gratuit mais pas par hôtel. Com
Je n’ai pas trouvé ça sympa alors que n’avions prévu nos maillots de bain pour y accéder

Cela fait plusieurs séjours dans cet établissement merveilleusement situé au bord du lac.
C'est dire que nous l'apprecions mais...
Le charme n'est pas le même au niveau de l'annexe, il y faisait une chaleur insupportable au point que nous avons dû ouvrir la porte fenêtre d'entrée, le reglage de la clim etant inopérant. C'est moyennement sûr en rez-de chaussée. Lorsque nous l'avons signalé à notre départ, cela n'a vraiment pas semblé intéresser l'hôtesse de l'accueil.
Enfin et pour la première fois, le petit déjeuné était moins que médiocre: choix restreint, quantités limités avec un renouvellement parcimonieux, impossibilité d'avoir ne serait-ce qu'un œuf au plat.
C'était décevant.

Staff were rude. Lied about costs of spa at check in. Lied about making us a dinner reservation on site.
Incredibly rude people for a 2 star hotel claiming it is 4 stars

Alojamiento Excelente. Personal atento y muy cordial. Las Suite con torreón es cómoda y funcional aunque un poco pequeña, pero se compensa con las vistas al lago.

La estancia a estado muy bien tranquila y cerca del Centro.

Nuestra estancia en Villa Paulita ha sido feliz. Habitación perfecta, a pesar de ser estandart, ya que mi madre no podía subir escaleras y estaba a pie de jardin. Comer, tomar algo en el jardin y admirar la belleza del edificio es fantástico. Cerca del centro, a pie de lago para pasear, tomar fotos con diferentes luces, en el atardecer, con sus cisnes y patitos. Delicioso. Quizás la habitación tenía poca luz artificial para leer, pero esto es fácil de solucionar. La comida del restaurante perfecta. La chica que da masajes fantástica ya que me aconsejó muy bién para adelgazar. Hay calma, paz. Se paga el parking pero vale la pena por la comodidad. Y por último, el personal nos trajo las maletas a la habitación ya que nosotras no podíamos por la espalda. Volveremos sin duda!!!! Gracias por todo!
