Pros:

The food and service were excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the Housekeeping department (HT), who kindly helped return some items I had accidentally left behind in my room.

Good location and clean room.
Pros:

Great location. Convenient to travel to most attractions. Clean and quiet room. Comfy bed.

Cons:

Wifi is disconnects all the time. Quite useless. Hotel requires a 1000yuan deposit but seems negotiable. Aircon not really cold.

It's very nice hotel situated in the downtown of Nanjing and very convenient if you are shopalholic.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is in the downtown of Nanjing and plenty of parking lots. Hotel Staff is capable in English which more easier for us to communicate.

Cons:

One part of the shower wall is a little broken and needed to be fixed so that the water will not leak into the dry area of the bathrroom. But just the minor problem.

Prachtig hotel maar met een heel serieus airco probleem.
Pros:

Een geweldige hotel dat ik 35 jaar geleden voor het eerst heb bezocht. Sindsdien ben ik er meer dan 250 nachten geweest en het was altijd een plezier om hier te zijn.

Cons:

De airconditioning is echt een groot probleem. De mensen van het hotel hebben ons uiteindelijk goed geholpen maar ik heb het gevoel dat er geen open kaart wordt gespeeld. Ook in andere hotels bleek dat ze, ondanks de hoge temperatuur geen airco aan wilden of konden zetten. In onze kamer was het 28 graden en dat kan echt niet voor een 5 sterren hotel. Als er in de lijst van booking wordt gezegd dat ik hotel airco heeft dan mag het niet zo zijn dat door het hotel wordt bepaald wanneer die wel of niet aan gaat.
