Our rooms were lovely and large and we found all of the staff lovely friendly and helpful. Of particular note was Odette Pan who assisted us in the executive lounge with a large issue (of our own making) that required many phone calls and a lot of time. Odette showed a lot of patience and resolved the issue for us.
We booked two rooms for 2 people each and one said it included breakfast. However when both occupants tried to attend breakfast we were told it included one person not two. When asked about this it was made a big problem. That was frustrating

The room we chose was FANTASTIC. Large / comfortable bed, large comfortable room. The hotel staff were there to help. Lobby was fantastic, left luggage easy and convenient.
I was not able to order room service (food basically) because it could only be done online and whilst the staff tried to assist it was not possible in the end .... so I slept hungry. Basically it is a good idea to have a printed menu in english with reference numbers so we can simply call reception or room service and just order it nice and simple. Forget all these electronic stuff and print the menu in every room !!!!!!!
