Amorita Resort Bohol

We stayed at a seaview 1 bedroom suite that was lovely and very clean. All the fittings worked as designed.

Shout out to Joan and her colleagues at reception that assisted us over the time of our stay.

Housekeeping was spot on.

We tried all the restaurants on site, The Lost Cow, Tomar and The Saffron.

The breakfast spread was varied with good quality food.

The steaks at the Lost Cow superb and Tomar's tappas was delightful.

Overall an excellent 4D3N stay.
Definitely recommended and a revisit another time when coming to Bohol.

Restaurant food quality at the Saffron, Tomar and The Low Cow was very impressive. (Diether from Saffron restaurant was good.)

Service crew, Staff friendliness. Facilities. Everyone attended to our needs and was very friendly. Pools were great!

Can improve-
Housekeeping, WiFi Internet. Hot water.
There was stacked used plates in the common area(3rd floor, building 4) that never got cleaned up during our entire stay. (4D,3N)
We had to chase housekeeping for small things like combs and shavers. They took a very long time (>30 mins from request) and cart was just outside the room.
Disrupted hot water after 5 mins of use. Water switches off and no more hot water afterwards.
Internet issues on one of the nights but wasnt disruptive to experience.

Fantastic mother daughter massage

I stayed at Amorita Resort in Bohol for my birthday week and it turned out to be one of my best birthday trips.

The staff were amazing — everyone was warm, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. The service throughout the stay was excellent and made the experience even more special.

What I really loved about Amorita is the peace and tranquility of the resort. The cliffside location makes it feel very private and relaxing. It’s perfect if you want to unwind and enjoy a quiet escape.

At the same time, it’s just a few steps down to Alona Beach, so it’s very convenient if you want to explore the beach area.

The three restaurants in the resort are also very good, with great food and a nice variety of options, so you don’t even need to leave the property.

Also don’t miss the spa — it’s a great way to relax even more during your stay and a perfect treat if you’re celebrating something special.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a perfect place to celebrate a birthday. I would definitely come back.

Everything about our stay at Amorita Resort was amazing. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed.

On arrival we were welcomed with cakes and cookies, which was a lovely touch.

The room also included complimentary soft drinks and water, which were replenished regularly.

Each evening there was a sweet treat left in the room, and we really enjoyed the towel art as well.

Resort very immaculate. Staff very accommodating especially Heidee at the front desk. Helped us with picking restaurants and made us feel like family. Breakfast buffet excellent and multiple on site activities.

Really good massage by Edz! Started with a foot bath and ended with ginger tea. Room was spacious and the ambiance was perfect. Really good experience for the price!

I recently spent 3 nights and 4 days in Bohol, staying at Amorita Resort, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. The location overlooking Alona Beach is stunning, the facilities are very well maintained, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of Bohol.
What made the experience even more special was the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Every detail was handled with care, which made our stay very comfortable.
I would especially like to thank Manager PRIME, who took exceptional care of us during our stay. PRIME was attentive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out and made our visit even more memorable.
Thanks to the amazing team and PRIME’s excellent hospitality, our trip to Bohol became an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend Amorita Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

My husband and I just got back from our honeymoon and this was by far one of our favorite resorts we've ever visited! The pool overlooking the beach was absolutely stunning and the best spot for some of the most incredible sunsets we've ever seen! The staff was so kind and the food was delish! The resort is super close to town without feeling like you're in the crowds.

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a lovely time. The resort is lovely, with friendly, attentive staff, a great breakfast buffet with an amazing view and a couple of fab pools to cool off in.
It's very well located to be away from the crowds when you want, but also just a few minutes walk from the the bars and restaurants on Alona beach.
A shout out also to our housekeeper Archie and his amazing ability to turn towels into pets for us.

From the moment we booked our stay until our departure, everything was seamless and it all started with Annalou, who made our reservation and transfers completely stress-free. Our airport-to-hotel transfer was smooth and effortless, setting the tone for a truly relaxing getaway.

The front office team deserves special recognition for making us feel genuinely welcome. Their warmth, hospitality, and professionalism made it so hard to say goodbye during checkout. Special shoutout to Annalou and Ronald for being incredibly accommodating and kind, Kristine for a smooth and pleasant check-in experience, and Marilon and Liezel for their exceptional service. Every team member was well-trained, confident, and clear in their communication, you can really feel that they know exactly how to take care of their guests.

As for Amorita itself; I loved everything about it. From the beautiful facade, well-appointed rooms, excellent amenities, and delicious food, to the outstanding service, everything was simply top-notch.

The location is also perfect! Just 3 minutes to the beach and 3–5 minutes to nearby restaurants and bars, super convenient while still offering a peaceful escape.

If you're looking for a place where service is fast and impeccable, the atmosphere is calm and serene, and the people truly make you feel at home -> Amorita Resort in Panglao Bohol is the perfect destination.

First of all, I’d like to thank Kristine, Leizl, Marlon, Haidie, and last but not least, Analou for taking such wonderful care of us throughout our stay. It feels a bit underwhelming to simply say they were nice — they were truly exceptional. It’s rare nowadays to encounter a hospitality team that exudes such genuine love and care.

4 of us stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and had the best time. The pool in the villa was great to have just to ourselves and felt very private and serene with the greenery surrounding it. The villa had everything we needed. While the two rooms are in the same villa, they don’t share any walls so it felt private enough for our two couples’ privacy. Highly recommend one of the pool villas! Also the towel art is top notch 😂

The location is truly the best of both worlds. There’s a short staircase that takes you right down to the beach from Amorita with tons of restaurants (Ryu’s lectin was our fav), convenience stores and more. I think being perched on the cliff is a good thing as it can get really busy and loud at the beach but once you’re up the stairs to Amorita, it’s serene and the view is amazing. It’s a short walk to all the action and honestly the pools are so nice at Amorita you won’t miss the beach.

The front desk was super helpful (shoutout to Joan! She’s the best!) they booked our massages at the spa, our countryside tour, arranged transportation and made sure our stay was perfect. They also made sure we knew about all the Amorita events like happy hour and grill and chill.

We did archery which was fun and our instructor, Art, was super helpful and sweet. Also did kayaking and paddle boarding, you have to book all in advance at the front desk. Tip: if you want to hang out at the beach you can grab mats to lay on at the stand at the end of the staircase.

Last thing I want to mention is the breakfast included at the resort is the best I’ve ever had at any hotel or resort. There’s traditional Filipino fare in addition to a made to order omelette/egg bar, toasts, waffles, jams, pastries, bacon, anything you could possibly want.

A couple other shout outs to the staff, Peter, Girlie, and Ted at Saffron were always so sweet and incredibly helpful.
