Location, Location, Location!!! Right inside the Galleria was SO beautiful with windows opening to the domes Galleria! The staff was very helpful explaining how to navigate Naples, breakfast was outstanding and the hotel was very convenient to the port, many landmarks and restaurants!
Well, as iconic as the darling old elevator is, it is quite slow. It does take .10 Euro which the hotel makes sure to give guests.

I think we were unfortunate to have our room next to an office. Both mornings we were woken by staff scratching around behind our wall and lots of chatter at 6am.

The location was very central and in the middle of everything, so it was very convenient to get around the city even by foot most of the times.
Since the hotel itself is located in the Umberto gallery, the architecture was very grand. The room had high ceilings and was tastefully decorated in the style of its surroundings. I am very fussy about cleanliness and was surprised to see that the room and bathroom room were very clean.
The staff was amazing and very friendly. Special mentions to Teresa at reception who was super helpful in her recommendations. Also to Caterina in the breakfast room for her hospitality and sunny disposition. The breakfast spread was elaborate and had a lot of choices.
Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room and the quality of the services provided by the hotel. Would definitely recommend!
Not something the hotel can control, the area could be a bit noisy at night. Also, my room was located at the back where the bins were being collected quite early in the morning. Since I’m a light sleeper, that was a bit disruptive for my sleep. However, the pros outweigh the one con - so my recommendation still remains!
Perfekt läge mitt i centrum av Neapel. Lite knasigt med hissen som kostade 10 cent när man skulle åka efter klockan 16 men receptionen höll oss med mynt😄
Vi hade blivit lovade tre enkelsängar men fick en dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa/enkelsäng i stället. När vi anlände fick vi besked att det skulle rättas till men det blev inget av det, resårmadrassen var dubbel så den hade ändå inte gått att dela. Det var stopp i badrumsvasken och en del myror, mycket små i badrummet men dom tog receptionisten hand om. Frukosten var superbra och allt man kunde önska sig fanns. Frukostvärdinnan var en härlig solstråle som såg till att frukosten blev en positiv upplevelse.

Personale molto cordiale e disponibile
La camera assegnatamemi a al di sotto delle mie aspettative perchè le pareti erano sporche sia della stanza che del bagno.
Da un palazzo così importante, con un arredo storico ed anche una galleria d'arte nel corridoio del 3 piano mi sarei aspettata una cura maggiore nella pulizia. La stanza era pulita quindi non mi riferisco a quella ma ad una cura generale dell'ambiente, il bagno datato.
Mi sarei aspettata un livello più alto dei dettagli
