The ladies at reception & at breakfast we wonderful- so attentive & helpful.
Katerina, who assisted us every morning at breakfast was amazing!! She was so kind, helpful & attentive, especially with my 80-year old mother, whom she made a real point of chatting with & attending her.
The only fault I could find was that, for 2 days/nights, we did not have a kettle in our room...the first day when asked, the lovely lady at reception swiftly brought us hot water to make tea. The second day however, the gentleman on reception was very reluctant to do so & when I asked about the possibility of having a kettle, was a little dismissive & eventually brought a small pot of water.
On the third day, I asked again about the possibility of a kettle & this time, another kind gentleman on reception managed to do so promptly.
I felt awkward for keep having to ask & it is the only reason for not giving the highest of scores for the hotel.

Unser Aufenthalt im Art Hotel Galleria Umberto war fantastisch, aber das tägliche Frühstück war ein absoluter Highlight-und das lag ganz besonders an Katarina.
Leider sind bei der Restaurierung zum teil falsche Farben benutzt worden, hier sollte vielleicht mehr auf das original abgestimmt werden 🤓 damit diese Art erhalten bleibt…..

Speecless! Such a unique, one of a kind historic building is rare to encounter. We are still under the impression of its whimsical beauty of another, long lost time. Every corner, every detail is a true masterpiece! This place is a true museum of art and beauty and elegance, with its lavish and opulent design. Here every detail tells a story and speaks of Naples' rich history and culture. We also feel the need to commend the courteous and accommodating staff, as well as the wide range of breakfast choices, including a vast array of traditional Neapolitan pastries. The position itself is incredible, right in the heart of the city and situated in the gorgeous Galleria, with a direct view of it from the breakfast hall. The room itself, other than being wonderfully decorated and generously sized, was well-equipped, as well as the bathrooom.
This was a truly royal stay and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

ガレリアの中に宿泊するという特別な経験ができました。
ガレリアの一部である建物は、天井から階段まで実に美しく、ホテルの部屋は清潔でエレガント、ガレリアの中側の部屋を選んだので、普通なら見る事ができない美しいガレリアの高い位置の装飾が見られました。
部屋の窓からは行き交う人が小さく見え、別世界のようでした。
エレベーターへ乗るまでの門の開け方などの案内がなかった。
Mi è piaciuta moltissimo questa struttura. La posizione è davvero stupenda, perfetta per visitare la città e raggiungere comodamente tutte le principali attrazioni.
Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile e attento: abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema che è stato risolto con grande prontezza e professionalità.
Una menzione speciale va a Caterina, che con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità ci ha fornito preziose informazioni e ottimi consigli, contribuendo a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Everything was clean, the staff was fantastic, and the breakfast was outstanding. A special thanks to Caterina in the breakfast room for her exceptional service, warm smile, and genuine friendliness. She made a great stay even better.

L’hôtel est situé en plein centre, le personnel est sympathique, la chambre était spacieuse et il y avait du choix pour le petit déjeuner
L’hôtel est mal insonorisé c’est très bruyant, la chambre sentait l’humidité, il y avait d’ailleurs des traces de moisissures au-dessus de la baignoire. Le parking à proximité (celui du château) est très cher 35€ pour une nuit !
Wonderful location within the beautiful Galleria Umberto I, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and although this is not a modern hotel it was comfortable with wonderful staff, an excellent breakfast and it was a very pleasuable stay.
The property is centrally located, making it convenient to explore the area. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. Breakfast offers a good variety of options, providing a satisfying start to the day.
The rooms facing the mall are not completely soundproof, so some noise may be heard from outside.
