Pros:

Todo perfecto, la localización lo mejor, al lado del metro, tiendas, restaurantes ... Genial.
El personal muy amable. Era un gusto levantarse por la mañana y encontrarse con la sonrisa de Caterina en el desayuno. Siempre alegre.

Camera fredda riscaldamento spento in pieno inverno il condizionatore lo acceso io e faceva rumore. Purtroppo ho constatato che in molti alberghi non viene accesso il riscaldamento nella stanza prima che l'ospite arrivi .inaccettabile

Хорошее расположение отеля в самом центре. Чисто, удобная кровать. Персонал очень любезный. Завтрак включен. Катерина, которая обслуживала завтрак просто великолепна, отзывчивая и обоятельная! Рекомендую!

Pros:

Ci è piaciuto sicuramente la posizione centrale, fantastica anche la vista all'interno della galleria Umberto I, la dimensione della camera e l'arredamento, ottima la prima colazione specialmente l'angolo con i dolci napoletani e che dire del personale Maurizio, Lali, Caterina, Mary, Miri e Antonio sempre gentili e disponibili, ci hanno coccolati.

En el corazón de Napoles
Pros:

La ubicación es ideal, a una cuadra de Plaza Plebiscito. El hotel está en el 4 piso dentro de la galería lo que lo hace muy original. Las vistas desde el salón desayunador son únicas. La atención del personal muy amable, sobre todos las chicas que sirven el desayuno, muy atentas!

Cons:

Tuvimos que solicitar se destapen las cañerías, tanto del lavabo como de la ducha, ya que se nos inundó la habitación!! Lo resolvieron muy bien al día siguiente, pero la primer noche dormimos con la habitación toda mojada.
