The range of products is very good, the breakfast room has a beautiful view of the Gallery. However, the real treasure and the crown jewel is Caterina. Always smiling, helpful, big applause for her. The best hotel ambassador.

Pros:

Excellent location opposite the San Carlo theatre. Huge room with nice paintings. Friendly staff.

Sono stato un paio di giorni con la mia compagna, location stupenda, in pieno centro.
Colazione buonissima e lo staff super cordiale, un ringraziamento speciale alla Guest Assistant che ci ha accolto stamattina per la colazione, gentilissima e ricca di cultura!

Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the lady looking after breakfast.

Finding the hotel within the Galleria took a few minutes, as did working out how to get to the Hotel for the ground floor through the security gate and up the lift (which works when the security gate is locked, but you need a coin when the security gate is open).
