Pros:

Sin lugar a dudas, lo mejor de la estancia fue el trato recibido. La calidez de Caterina en el desayuno de cada mañana, la alegre sonrisa de Benedetta, y todo el personal al que tuve oportunidad de tratar me hicieron sentir en familia más que en un hotel. Mi agradecimiento a todos.
Por lo demás coincido con la mayoría de los usuarios en una opinión muy favorable en lo referente a instalaciones, limpieza, y al encanto particular de este hotel que, además, goza de una ubicación inmejorable.

Excelente ubicacíón , Personal super Atento y desayuno de lujo
Pros:

Lo mas destacable es la Ubicacion , dentro de la Galeria Umberto I que es una bellez y en pleno centro.
y el Desayuno muy completo y delicioso con la pastelería destacada de lo mejor de Napoles.
Caterina nos atendio espectacular en el desayuno, nos preparó más Pan que se habia acabado y nos explicó cada bocado de la pasteria que nos permitió disfrutarla aun mas.

Tolles Ambiente; Ali-Bus zum Flughafen gegenüber. Neapel ist leider nicht schön
Pros:

Da unser Flug nach Berlin früh morgens ging bekamen wir ein Doggybag. Sehr nett. Das Zimmer war großartig, Bad und Dusche alles nagelneu. Der Blick aus dem Fenster: direkt in die riesige Galleria Umberto II, Wie in Mailand, nur größer. Schon sehenswert.
Gegenüber am Porto fährt der Alibus ab. Zum Flughafen für 5 Euro. Taxi ist also nicht nötig; geht auch umgekehrt.
Toll war auch der Aufzug ;-)
Essen: Pizzalokal um die Ecke und eine Nudelbar am Platz. Großes Kino. Neben dem NH Hotel ist noch ein Italiener, der ganz wunderbar war.

Cons:

Wir wußen nichts vom praktischen Alibus, und hätten fast unseren Flug verpasst, weil die Taxen streikten. Der Concierge hatte zwar gesagt, dass wir uns keine Sorgen machen sollten, da der Streik nur an unserem Ankufttag sei; dem war aber nicht so.
So sind wir mind. 45 Minuten mit Koffern rumgeirrt, bis uns jemand vom Alibus am Porto erzählte. Stress!
Dickes minus für den Concierge!
Ach so: für Italienfans... Neapel ist unsere Meinung nach die häßlichste, schmutzigste und uninteressanteste Stadt von Italien. Dagegen ist sogar Palermo sauber und entzückend.

Grandiose Lage, super tolles Frühstück mit wunderbarem Service und Blick!
Pros:

Der Frühstückraum ist unglaublich, da man in den Innenraum der Galleria Umberto blickt.
Die Frühstücksdame ist sehr herzlich und erfüllt jeden Wunsch. Großes Kompliment an - ich glaube Christina. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Cons:

Die Matratzen vom Bett machen bei jeder Drehung Geräusche. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer sehr groß und gut ausgestattet.
