Breakfast was great! Room view of ocean terrific!
The views were amazing
Nothing
Clean facility, location
very dated and damaged furnishings, low quality countertops, sinks, shower.
Breakfast was not offered with third party booking
Music and bar was near kid pool, walk up window to bar was closed, downstairs restaurant was not very welcoming, bathroom shelves were slanted so that nothing could be put on them. The only kitchen amenities ere a couple of forks and the coffee machine in the lobby was removed and the creamer for room coffee was hard as a brick
Amenities where great as well as location
I thought I booked a room with a full kitchen, but that w as not the case!
I had called Super.com on 10/10/25 because I was looking for a location to stay for the night just south of Myrtle Beach. They booked me at the Litchfield Inn for $101.65. Fine, until my husband and I arrived to check in. At that point we were told it would be $86.26 for the night. I showed them that we had already had the reservation and paid $101.65. The hotel told us if we wanted to stay there the extra fees were their "Resort fees." We are seniors and tired after driving all day and not getting any response from Super.com(who already had our $)we got the key to our room, King room with resort view. It was almost dark and we were leaving before dawn( honestly the beam of a flashlight was the only view through the building between us and the ocean in the distance). What a rip off, the room was barely your basic, old. motel room. I disputed all this with Super.com, Litchfield Inn, and the credit card company that had the fees for both. The c/c company was not able to get the hotel or Super.com to budge on the fees. Please, never make the mistake I did. Not knowing the area and availability of decent places to stay on the route I relied on the phone to make my arrangements, site and reputation unseen. Terrible place to stay, terrible experience! I will never deal with either again.
Very nice view of the beach.
We stayed here for 5 days in Dec. to get away from the cold of the mountains. We stayed here last Winter in Jan. and had a great time, so we decided to return.
The room was an Oceanfront Dunes King Room on the second floor - the same type of room we had last time. The layout was virtually identical to the previous one.
It has a spacious bedroom and sitting area with plenty of storage and a small table with 2 chairs - perfect for 2 people to sit and enjoy a meal. The lighting at the head of the bed was good for reading. The TV was big enough for us to sit on the couch or in bed and enjoy it comfortably, and the remote control worked well.
The kitchenette has a sink, microwave, one-cup coffee maker, extra counter/eating space, and cabinetry with a set of dishes for 2. We noticed there was also a corkscrew.
The bathroom was smallish, but big enough for us to individually shower and get ready.
One of the best features of the room is the screened balcony looking right out over the beach and ocean. That is a great place to catch the sunrise or to relax in the afternoon.
Our package included free breakfasts every day, which consisted of coffee and juice, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, waffles, typical bread items, and a small selection of fruit. Breakfast was not exceptional, but everything was generally good and got us going reliably every day. The service was always very friendly, helpful, and fast.
Overall, the room the perfect size, location, and configuration for us. We were quite comfortable and had plenty of room to do anything we needed to do. And I can't overstate the value of the screened balcony.
If you are visiting the area, you owe it to yourselves to check out BrookGreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, The Marshwalk, and Captain John's Seafood Grill.
Location on the ocean was great. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings and early morning walks on the beach.
Shower was a tad narrow and the curtain came just to the lip of the shower resulting in a lot of water on the floor when using shower. Recommend a slightly longer curtain and longer bath mat. Would have liked a broom in the room so could pick up tracked in sand when necessary.
Always a great stay here. Weather was very nasty but we had an amazing time.

Beautiful beach location
Front staff was incorrect about dinner times downstairs and we had to drive to find dinner at the last minute. Restaurant upstairs were way too expensive for normal people. Special occasion maybe but then to close restaurant downstairs was wrong.
Great location. Did not get breakfast vouchers due to using credit card different than person whose name registered. Slack room service. Restaurant wanted to charge a 35.00 cork fee to open an 8.00 bottle of wine from and for the room.
Would definitely love to return
It’s very nice.
It’s ocean front
The elevator was a bit scary. The ice machines were not all accessible.
Absolutely , loved the view
The room smelled so horrible. Moldy!
The owners dis a brief remodel, painting over wall paper and putting up headboard on ceiling but it needs to be gutted and remediated. The mattress was as old uncomfortable.
