Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was very clean and well kept! The location was in a very good area!

Cons:

The BED WAS HORRIBLE! Not comfortable at all. After a 7 hour trip and then to turn around to travel 7 more hours on hardly no sleep was not good!

Above average hotel.
Pros:

Quiet room even though we were right next to the elevator, we never heard any noise.

Cons:

The cigarette smell in the lobby was overwhelming. It gave a very bad first impression. Not sure there were people smoking right by the entry doors but it was really bad.
Parking was a little limited also.

Great staff, clean facility, quiet hotel. Friendly housekeeping.
Pros:

Kind and accommodating. They followed ADA to a T regarding service animals. One of the best chains for this.

Breakfast could have had more clean/protein options.
