Great first impression... We'll be back!
Pros:

Everyone in the staff was courteous and knowledgeable.
The physical construction and finishes i.e. tile, wall coverings, millwork, installation was well done...
(I'm a construction superintendent and those things catch my eye)...
I didn't get a chance to use the gym it was set up well..
Parking was convenient. Luggage carts worked well.

Cons:

I really don't have anything...

A hand held shower head would be nice...

Great location clean facilities
Pros:

Great location close to the arena and has parking garage. I would definitely stay at the Hampton Inn again in Pikeville.
