New rules need more safety protocol need to be in place to keep everyone safe
Pros:

The staff was nice breakfast was decent not to bad better than some place but could use some upgrades

Cons:

There was no shampoo in our shower, then they allowed fully dressed men in the pool area to watch kids my kids one was an adult the other a child still he stared at them the whole time making them very uncomfortable to where they left the pool area and he followed them out. Fully dressed men with no kids should not be allowed to just hang out in the pool room wi t h other guest kids! Made my kids even the adult one not want to go back and the reason we chose this hotel was for pool and hot tub im disabled and have difficulty breathing so usually pool room are to hot for me thats why my older son took my younger son. I was very disturbed by this especially since he left right behind them! Ruined that part of the trip for them and since I didn't see him I could not confront him but as a mom I was outraged. What if that would have been girls l. Just never should happen there was NO reason for that man to be in there none

Comfortable, clean, friendly. Will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

I have stayed here three times. Each stay has been great. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. It’s also nice that you allow dogs at such a beautiful facility. I’m sure certain rooms are designated pet rooms but my rooms have still been very clean and doesn’t smell!

Everything was good. Check in was easy, will stay here again if in the area. Id like to add, 1 thing that stuck out was the lady at check in desk, she was very nice, and made checking in a good experience. It was quick and easy, after a long day of traveling, it was nice. A++

Our stay was ok .
Pros:

It had a hot tub and the breakfast was delicious

Cons:

I asked for rooms next to each other and both rooms were on different floors. Kids were running the halls til 11 pm both nights.

Above and beyond!
Pros:

Driving across country from colorado and stopped in Davenport on the way. Quaint city on the river and definitely a good stop off of route 80 - fun downtown river scene. Hotel was very comfortable and clean - I ended up leaving a personally valuable journal behind and the staff went out of their way to find it and pop it in the mail. Very appreciative!
