Nothing, it was all good!
It was in a perfect location where we stay in the area or drive 30 minutes to do something. The employees were very polite and helpful. The breakfast setup was amazing as well. They had free complimentary items there if needed in case you forgot something
They have both a hot tub and pool. The hot tub wasn't even to the correct temperature. The hot tub wasn't even warm. Hopefully it can be at least 102.Also, we did let the front desk be aware that there were 17 people in the hot tub. Meaning 5 adults and the rest were kids. The kids were swimming, snorkeling, and jumping in the hot tub. Also, there were itty bitty kids in it especially a baby. Hot tubs are for relaxing. We have kids and we always told them not to come to the hot tub let alone being disrespectful by jumping on adults. I had shoulder surgery and was told it was okay to use the hot tub as it helps the arm. I did get jumped on as well. We immediately got out and made the front desk aware. Signs are there to remind no kids or infants to be in the hot tub. My suggestion would maybe have a set time if able to make sure rules are being followed in the pool and hot tub area. We even had the fire alarm go off later in the evening a couple of times due to food being burnt by someone staying at the hotel. It went off a couple different times and being late was a little much. The workers did an amazing job at checking everything and everyone!! 😊Overall still a wonderful experience there at the hotel
Air conditioning did not work. An employee agreed with me me when I mentioned it the next morning.

breakfast was very good..we had a king room and it was very nice and clean..everything in working order..it was close to the event we were attending..I would stay there again.
need more parking..we had alot of friends with car haulers ..we got there late at night and almost got stuck in the parking lot because we couldn't turn around with the car hauler..some one else with their car trailer was in the way at the end of the parking lot blocking the turn around. some wall paper was peeling off of the walls in the bathroom..shampoo and conditioner were almost empty..cover on shower head fell off when I tried to adjust it.

The hotel is very dated. It needs a complete refurbishing. The furnishings, carpeting, walls and smells throughout the facility is overwhelming.
