The parking lot and patio was nice.
The renovations were a mess. The first night the smell of pant was so bad it gave me a migraine. They hallway smoke detectors were covered in painters tape the entirety of my stay. The elevator was in terrible shape.

The room was big, nice, & A/C worked great especially since it's summer time. King size bed was ginormous & so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.
One of the reasons for us booking this particular hotel was the inside pool & they were doing some work on it or something so we didn't get to enjoy it.

My stay was on Thursday, July 16, 2026.
I booked this hotel online through then Radisson website.
When I arrived I was given room 119.
The front desk did NOT inform me that many of the rooms and the indoor pool was under renovations.
When I got in my room and got settled, about 6 people outside my room (in then hall and then indoor pool area) began laughing, shouting, hammering, and making loud noises.
I looked out into the hall and realized that they were doing renovations after 7:30pm.
I tried calling then front desk and got a recording stating "This mailbox is full".
I got redressed and walked to the front desk.
No one was there and i discovered the front desk person sitting in the breakfast area eating her supper. I asked her how late the workers would be working and she acted like she didn't know there were workers on the premises. I asked why I could not get a call through to the front desk and she could not give me an answer.
She finally agreed to walk down the hall and speak with the workers. As I stood watching one of the workers told me I could go on back into my room. Well, I had a few words for him and he shut up and agreed they would stop working tonight.
I paid $150 for one night at a substandard hotel that showed as a 5 star hotel.
Sadly, the woman at the front desk never even apologized for the inconvenience.
The workers finally left at 8pm.
BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL.
A good 4 star standard typical of County Inns but spoilt by work being carried out which resounded through the building all day and until 9pm. No warning of this and no compensation. Air con quite noisy - unfortunately an issue with so many hotels. Adequate breakfast, comfortable beds and clean.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast spread. Towels were new and amply provided. Room, however, was a disappointment. It was very clean, but shabby. Paint was scratched up around the bathroom door frame and door. The bathtub faucet trickled constantly and could not be shut off. The A/C was an outdated box unit and I had to crank it down to 60 for it to even slightly cool off the room. The bed itself was comfortable but the pillows were small and lumpy. The mini fridge was larger than the cabinet it was supposed to be in, so both the fridge and the empty fridge cabinet sat side by side and took up a lot of space.

The hotel is under construction and we were not notified prior to or during check in. We only found out when we had no water in our room. The water was on & off several times during our stay. When we returned late one night, the toilet wouldn’t flush when I called the front desk, I was told I could come down to grab a plunger. Turns out the hot water was turned back on but not the cold.
The parking lot is small, construction trucks, equipment & materials take up many spots. When returning late one night around 11pm there was no parking, we were told to go park over at the Cracker Barrel. We said absolutely not, after some arguing an employee decided to move her car to the over flow at Cracker Barrel down the street. So employees were parked near the entrance but expected paying guests to park down the street at 11pm

The sprinkler was leaking and the bed was wet and the facility would not do anything so we had to find another place to stay
The faculty was filthy I did not stay one night and was charged for three. I checked got on elevator and then went back to front desk and checked out they refunded the night and then manager went back in and charge the first night and two additional nights I should not have been charged all three nights I couldn’t even stay one night there it was dirty and disgusting
