The location was perfect for my visit and was a great experience.
Pros:

Mary provided a great breakfasat.
The gym was great.
Every Staff member I encountered was very pleasant and helpful.
I had needed help ordering an Uber on my phone and the front desk helped me.
I liked that the room heater worked well.
There were enough towels and the bathroom was clean.

Cons:

The driveway entrance sign did not have any lighting at night, but my Google map was very clear on the detail of getting to the front door.

Cons:

Have stayed here 3 times 2 times excellent, this last time the room wasn’t very clean found empty water bottles in a dresser drawer, what looked like cobwebs on the lamps

Pros:

The the receptionist for checking and out everyone was customer friendly courteous make sure that I was comfortable that I like the room that I was staying in and the placement of the room rooms were clean it was quiet so I will stay there again I highly recommend and it's tucked away in a neighborhood that it's incognito so that's a plus!

Cons:

The room smelled like it had been smoked in and very stuffy. The windows did not open , I got really stuffed up. You really need to let fresh air in.

Bring a sleep mask and don't expect a decent breakfast.
Pros:

Location was good, the staff did there best despite the facility and offerings

Cons:

Very dirty and dated, and the breakfast? Yeah give me a damned break. A cold biscuit and a kraft single is NOT a breakfast.

And all the lights that blink and can't be turned off, I have been in torture training chambers more comfortable that that.
