Close to what we wanted

Cons:

Have stayed here 3 times 2 times excellent, this last time the room wasn’t very clean found empty water bottles in a dresser drawer, what looked like cobwebs on the lamps

Pros:

The the receptionist for checking and out everyone was customer friendly courteous make sure that I was comfortable that I like the room that I was staying in and the placement of the room rooms were clean it was quiet so I will stay there again I highly recommend and it's tucked away in a neighborhood that it's incognito so that's a plus!

Cons:

The room smelled like it had been smoked in and very stuffy. The windows did not open , I got really stuffed up. You really need to let fresh air in.

Bring a sleep mask and don't expect a decent breakfast.

Location was good, the staff did there best despite the facility and offerings

Cons:

Very dirty and dated, and the breakfast? Yeah give me a damned break. A cold biscuit and a kraft single is NOT a breakfast.

And all the lights that blink and can't be turned off, I have been in torture training chambers more comfortable that that.

Dissapointing stay!
Pros:

The breakfast offerings were excellent. The area was clean and the food choices were good. The parking lot was clean and the location was good. The bed was quite comfortable.

Cons:

We came home with bed bugs, the toilet ran at times and fine at times. We booked a queen with sofa bed and the hotel had run out of the available rooms, so we were put in a double queen. I booked this hotel in order to have the sofa for seating. The hot tub was out of order. The a/c is dated, but worked.

Superb
Pros:

Staff was top-notch. They were helpful and friendly. l had a wonderful stay. Both my husband and I and our daughter had rooms. Both were super nice. Beds were very comfortable. rooms had plenty of closet space. They breakfast options were good. Lots to choose from.
