It was a nice place to stay with lots of amenities and nice staff. Would definitely stay there again
Pros:

Breakfast was good. All day hot tea, coffee and lemon water available. Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

They charged my card one night before my arrival, when I could have paid at the site. Once I arrived my card was charged 2 more times. The TV in my room would not stay on. Breakfast hours very short.

Roach!
Pros:

Nothing! We took a video/pictures of a roach in our bathroom. We packed up and had to drive 3 hours back home. When I informed the front desk and showed them the video no refund was given. I even called corporate No help!!!

Pros:

Overall this stay was good ! I traveled with a couple friends and it was only 20 minutes outside of everything downtown Charleston. The staff was super friendly and the hotel was overall pretty clean. it was a pretty busy hotel, so they were not able to give us towels when we needed them but other than that, everything was pretty clean and I would stay here again.

It was an okay stay
Pros:

The price was cheaper than the nearby hotels.
The lady who served breakfast was nice. I tipped her. I have tipped very few breakfast-preparers

Cons:

When we first stepped in there were two receptionists, one man one woman. The man seemed to be the manager, he was NOT friendly, but talked to us, the customers like a we were his disobedient kids. I was like 'what the...'
I have travelled many times and stayed in countless hotels. This is ONE star customer service. I will never come back to this hotel NOR will never recommend this hotel to my friend. Maybe, I just thought, this was the reason the price was a bid cheaper than the nearby hotels.
There was NO toilet paper holder.
This hotel need a few things improved definitely.

Cons:

My room smelled awful. Like mold. The smell came from the air conditioner. It was almost unbearable. There is no way I would have stayed there another night.
