This hotel was in the process of being updated when I stayed. I was very happy to find out that I was getting an updated room.

As is to be expected, there were some messes in the common areas. The elevator I used was the dirtiest I have ever encountered...due to construction use.

My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I really thought I had chosen well with this property. This room, as previously noted, had been recently updated. One of the updates was under the bed lighting. This lighting operated with a motion detector. Every time I moved in bed and caused the bedding to move it turned the lights on. After several hours of interrupted sleep i tried to contact the front desk...no answer. I went down and there was no one available. I could find no way to shut the lights down, so the result was the worst night of sleep I have ever had in a hotel.

The very basic expectation for a hotel is a place to get rest. This hotel failed at this most basic function.

I am the main installer for my company and have stayed in Marriott properties from Oregon to Georgia and never have I strayed in an as awful a property as this Townplace Suite. This property does not deserve to bear the name of Marriott brand and its operations do not meet the standards and values set forth by the brand and company. From the moment I walked in I was not met with a professional greeting and the front desk staff was Facetiming her family which although sweet it's not professional at all. If she can't observe a professional conduct in the front desk she should not be manning it. The property was not clean and what's worse I was given a room that had someone else in it with all their stuff splayed out. I felt I was not treated with basic human dignity as a guest, I didn't feel safe staying there at all and had to walk out.

it is clean and quiet place, and there are also facilities to heat my dinner. So I calike it and I also can take a rest properly

Check in associate was very helpful. Very efficient check in for our four rooms.

It was a great stay. The GM Tomas was very nice and helpful. The front desk personnel, Illiana and Chris, we very nice and attentive with the best smiles. Room was clean and cozy.

The omelets were very tasty and hot. Very few places have hot food. The sausage was also very good

Good location to Grimes Sportsplex that’s about it. Always smelled like weed outside & inside property, bathrooms really small/bad design, mattresses sink/need replaced, bathroom tiles dirty, noisy interstate traffic, would not stay at this property again.

Mostly okay, although when the HVAC ran there was an odd odor.

Nice clean room. Had a small kitchenette with dishwasher and apt size fridge. The bed was very comfortable!

Room was very comfortable. Kirchen small but very functionable. Would recommend to others. Excellent location
