Was a lovely clean hotel
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, felt like sleeping on a rock the doors had to be slammed hard to shut which woke us many times when other guest were returning to their room. The surroundings were extremely loud what seemed to be a party going on till 5am considering we chose a hotel further back from the high streets and sea front for this reason it was just as loud

Room was nothing like the one advertised on booking .com, tiny, and outdated. Bathroom and shower was tiny, and awful, bed was very small double and uncomfortable mattress.
Staff were good
It was my daughter’s birthday and they left birthday biscuits to celebrate as well as vouchers for complimentary drinks. We loved staying here and would recommend it to others.

Location of the hotel was spot on and check in was easy and seamless.
For this brand of Hotel I did expect better, the room was tired in appearance, the bathroom in particular was underwhelming. The toilet flush was broken hence constantly flushing unless the button was left at a certain place. Small stains evident on bad linen which was disappointing. I would also look into the self closing mechanisms for some of the rooms because it is horrendous at all hours of the night/early morning being disturbed by the slamming of room doors.
In addition I didn’t receive my comms prior to my visit to the hotel HOWEVER I did receive several WhatsApp messages welcoming me to the hotel prior to my stay after I had checked out AND calling me by the wrong name, I did respond to the message stating again, wrong name and date as I had left, only to receive a question asking me my name and date of stay, to which I replied but no further message or acknowledgement. Bizarre!
