Cheaper alternative to the seafront Leonardo convenient stopover for trains
Pros:

It is a good location near the station.

Cons:

Very expensive food for it’s quality, especially the breakfast was very disappointing given the alternatives nearby and compared to other hotels breakfasts.

Excellent location and great value for money.
Pros:

Excellent location and cheap

Cons:

Lifts not working but no signs upstairs so doors just kept opening and closing.
We had breakfast in our room which was stone cold also had to pay £6 for it to be brought to us at the bedroom door. Seemed strange as we would normally pay at reception either before or when checking out.

Disappointed with lack of coffee at breakfast but nice room
Pros:

My second stay, fab location, quiet, comfy bed and very clean. Lovely lady at check-in.

Cons:

I gave this hotel a 10 after my first stay but not this time as the hotel staff switched off the coffee machines at 9.30am on the dot at the buffet breakfast so make sure you get your coffee in time if you arrive close to the end of weekday breakfast (not even the Premier inn do this!). Very jobsworth.

Fantastic location, lovely hotel, an excellent choice from which to explore Brighton or undertake work.

The staff are always very helpful and pleasant. The location is excellent. And the facilities are top-notch.
