Pros:

The staff were very attentive and were accommodating. The hotel was clean and tidy and well maintained. The rooms were cleaned daily, bottled water was left daily for us, which was so helpful. The breakfast was really nice, a lot of variety for guests.

Cons:

The bathroom in our room could do with upgrading.

A comfortable stay on the doorstep of Brighton Train Station.
Pros:

Clean and spacious.
Excellent location - literally on the doorstep on Brighton Train Station and a 15 minute walk to the seafront.
Staff were helpful and polite.

Cons:

Might be too loud for some people as you can hear the trains until quite late at night and starting early again in the morning.
