A little disappointing

The room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

I didnt feel very welcome when interacting with staff. I had forgotten my toothpaste and realised this as I was going to bed. I rang down to be told I could buy a tube of toothpaste, but noone could bring it to my room. I redressed and purchased a small tube for £3!! Where was athe customer service and care for a lone single female traveller? I also had a bottle of sparkling water in the room which was full of sediment - picture below!! I drank hslf of it before I knew there was something badly wrong.
