Location right next to train station was handy

Cons:

Staff deciding to empty bins and shout at each otther from 3am to 3.30am subsequently keeping me up and ruining my whole stay cos I couldnt get back ro sleep so just got the 1stbtrain home at 5.45am instead of enjoying a 2nd day in brighton

The room was fairly spacious but no AC in a heat wave when you pay £200 for the night is frustrating
Pros:

Mihail at Reception was very helpful cooperative despite the AC not working. He organised coolers and other things to go with it.

Convenient very close to the station
Pros:

The staff is friendly, the breakfast was good and the hotel is very close to the train station. The bed size and cleanliness was good.

Cons:

I was put in a disable room and got very confused without a fridge and it was very noisy at times by the trains passing by from the station at night.

Everything was great from all staff, including cleaning staff, location, cleanliness, lovey stay and will return.

Shower in our room was a little weak, pressure could have been better, sink drainage was a little noisy.

Leonardo hotel will remain my favourite hotel in Brighton but air conditioning not working and the mini fridge not avail
Pros:

The location to both the station and to the centre and the beach. I like the rooms space, the beds are very comfortable, good shower if you need rooms with a bath and extra bed just request it in advance. Friendly Staff.

Cons:

Not all the rooms has a mini fridge in the room and that makes this hotel less than other 4* hotels, Air conditioning not working in the rooms for summer season that not good it makes you you can not stay in the room for hours and you must leave. I have stayed few weekend one after one end of June and beginning of July in different rooms but air conditioning not working in some and it controlled by the hotel locked in others.
