The front desk ladies were great. They were attentive and very friendly.

Cons:

The room was so dirty. There was vomit under the table, the outlets were falling out, the bathroom was covered in splattered pee, bed bugs and more…

It was dirty and very outdated. Did not feel safe on the property. Will not be back.
Pros:

I was able to book last minute.

Cons:

I had a small kitchenette included but there were zero utensils provided. The fridge was not working at all.
More pillows possibly. The two on the bed were tiny and flat.
I went out to my car a few times and there was a car of young kids in the lot behind the hotel that were yelling obscene things at me. Maybe up the security at night bc this happened several times. It was like a bowling alley or something behind the hotel. I was weary about going outside each time.

Pros:

The hospitality of the manager was very nice and helpful I'm disabled and needed a stool for the tub he went to Walmart & brought a new one, the refrigerator didn't work & our meat spoiled & he took it off our bill & replaced the refrigerator..

Cons:

Housekeeping wasn't the greatest we were there for 7 days & was told that with extended stays the room is only cleaned every 14 days we'll the floors were filthy and I cleaned them myself we only asked for a change of sheets on the 4th day of our stay which wasn't done the staff just wasn't the best when the manager wasn't around & things only got done for us when he was there. So the staff really needed to work on their customer service skills. Also towles are used & should be replaced by housekeeping everyday and I usually leave a tip for them on every trip I take but I didn't on this trip because I had to do my own housekeeping.

Many strange people hanging around outside hotel. I felt very unsafe. Someone entered my room while I was out unauthorized and for no reason. Staff could not tell me why or who. Would never stay there again
