Everything was great but the tv I mean the tv was fine just think they need to be upgraded to a bigger tv otherwise everything was great..

The air conditioner barely worked. Walking into the hotel the doors were broken. The lobby looked creepy, it was very dark in the lobby. Can't use the pool.
The carpet is hindding holes in the floor.
The room housekeeping never came to the, there were roaches . So disappointed in this hotel.

The smell of wet carpet was very penetrater in those rooms... we stay at room #127 and we kill 7 cockroaches and took some in a napkin to the front desk. The extra sofa bed was in terrible conditions. And some administracion lady was kind of rude the next morning, because she didn't understand why I was in a diferent room. Horrible experience!!!

Elevator was broken and room was on third floor. Had a period of time where power was out. Juice machine broken. Pool hasn’t been open and working in months judging by the green layered muck on the bottom.

Stay away from this property. Elevator non-working, smellbon stairwell and hallway. Room had bug crawling on wall. Ice machine not working. Got stuck paying because I paid on Expedia

The room was not properly clean, the bathroom had several broken fixtures, the smoke detectors were damaged, there were cigarettes in the stairways, and the elevator was out of service. This hotel was a complete disaster. Thankfully, I only had to stay one night.

Staff was in pajamas and sleeping at the desk, the room had a potent smell to it and lights did not work. On top of that there was stains on the beds and black spots on the pillow that had an even worse smell then the room itself, the toilet did not work and had to plush it 4-5 times in order for it to go down. Definitely do not recommend this place

At my arrival point I saw a car outside the hotel with no 4 tires someone vandalized some customers car nah it’s not safe there

No phone no food no hair dryer. People fighting loudly in adjacent room

I had bugs in the room roaches under my pillow

I bathtub was dirty and and a dead cockroach under my pillow

The staff was nice, the room was crawling with roaches. Absolutely disgusting. Contacted Expedia for a refund due to the fact that I actually left the hotel and was told to provide photos of the roaches. To be quite honest, I left the hotel immediately the following day and did not return to try and photograph roaches to validate my complaint. Do not go here.

Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk to check me in to my reservation. Another customer and myself waited for 20min for an employee to check us in. 30min later a woman comes walking around the corner. It was very unprofessional to say the least. I will never be back.

It was terrible it smelled the bed was stained, and there was roaches. I could not get a picture of the roaches running away, but they were there.

There was no shuttle service and the phone prompt said that there was. Pool wasn't clean. Had a couple of baby roaches in the bathroom

This was literally THE WORST Comfort Inn I have every stayed at. The room smelled bad the beds were uncomfortable and the room had a very unclean feel to it. The staff were checked out everytime i came to the desk. Sleeping at her desk. The morning girl was more interested on what was on her phone than helping us. Houston you have to do better. This hotel is on my never stay again list.

The bed was the best thing in the room. The bathroom was the deal breaker for me. The tub was very rusted around the fixtures and the floor not swept. The carpet not vacuumed. Lot of places on the walls need painting, and in the ceiling covers were missing off of the sprinklers or something. There was no battery cover for the tv remote. We got to the hotel in between 8:30pm - 9:00pm, and we left at around 5:15am. The outside of the hotel needed some attention also. The pool was not in use either. I will not return, not recommend, I was so dissatisfied.😣
