A wonderful stay at Rixos Hotel, even under unexpected circumstances.
Pros:

We stayed at the Rixos Hotel unexpectedly, as we were stranded in Doha for a week due to the airspace closure. Although this wasn’t meant to be a holiday, we were very lucky to have chosen this hotel during such a challenging time.

The staff were truly wonderful, always attentive, kind, and reassuring throughout our stay. The reception team was always available to help us, and we would especially like to thank Sonia for her patience and empathy during this unusual situation.

Our room was very spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed, great bedding, and a beautiful bathroom. The housekeeping team also did a great job keeping the room perfectly clean and comfortable during our stay.

The buffet at the Farmhouse restaurant was excellent (which is not always easy with hotel buffets). We always ate very well, and the variety of breads and desserts was particularly impressive.

We can only recommend this wonderful hotel and truly hope to return one day under better circumstances.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to try the pools or outdoor areas, as everything was closed in Doha, but from the view from our room, it looked great and made us want to explore.

Personnel très agréable
Pros:

Très bon personnel dans l hôtel pendant une phase délicate ( confinement suite aux attaques de l’iran). Beaucoup d’activités pour les enfants ce qui a rendu la période plus facile à vivre .

Ottimo cibo, con disponibilità di cucina internazionale, libanese, indiana, italiana, etc
Personale molto disponibile ed attendo, soprattutto in momenti delicati (ho soggiornato durante il recente periodo "di guerra" e il supporto è stato massimo)

Cons:

La SPA è molto curata sebbene l'acqua dell'idromassaggio un po troppo fredda.
Il wifi era un po altalenante, con continue disconnessioni.
Non posso commentare l'esterno perché ovviamente era chiuso per motivi di sicurezza legati alla chiusura dello spazio aereo.
