Excellent experience
Pros:

Location is in the good position for any Qatar tourists visit. Atmosphere is really fantastic with good approach from any people of the staff. Room is really comfortable and silent. Room and any part we are visiting ( Restaurant,Steak house ...etc..etc..) was clean and fantastic.

I wan to add the congratulations to all members of the staff for professionalism and kindness show to us daily.

Lovely Day pass amazing beach and pool

What an amazing day totally worth it❤️The day pass for pool and beach,
We visited with friends and had amazing fun day. We relax in the beach pool and main pool including outdoor Jacuzzi. All staff were very welcoming and friendly starting from Shakeel,sunil, Sandeep and Ranjit they were all amazing and make our Day memorable.

Frustrating hotel
Pros:

Our recent stay was unfortunately overshadowed by issues with our reservation. Despite several emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages, Ms. Pauline failed to inform us that we were booking at the wrong hotel. This led to significant inconvenience upon arrival, as we were taken to a property we had not intended to book.

At the hotel, the situation did not improve much. The room offered to us as an “upgrade” was not suitable for our group of three adults and one eleven-year-old child, which added to the frustration.

Service at the pool area was also disappointing, with very slow food service that appeared to be the result of understaffing.

On a more positive note, dinner at the steakhouse was excellent. Mr. Anton stood out for his professionalism and attentiveness, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests and ensure we had an enjoyable dining experience.

Overall, while there were some highlights, the issues with the reservation process and service shortcomings significantly impacted our stay.

Pros:

Thanks for great staycation my wife and daughter are very happy on our staycation. Thanks Ms. Jennifer for assisting us during our stay. The food and rooms are great, thanks also the Mr. Tailor Steakhouse staff for preparing special food for my daughter. See you again Rexos Gulf.

Disappointing brunch experience
Pros:

We visited Marina Restaurant for their Eid brunch in March and were truly impressed by the wide food selection, quality, and service. Because of that wonderful experience, we didn’t hesitate to return for their Friday brunch on April 3, especially since the package included pool and beach access for the same price.

While we enjoyed our time at the pool and beach, we were unfortunately disappointed with the brunch itself this time around.

During our booking confirmation, we were informed that brunch starts at 1:30 PM, so we arrived right on time. However, when we got there, the restaurant was already quite full and many of the food stations were already half empty, which suggested that the brunch had actually started earlier.

By around 1:45 PM, the paella station had no seafood left—only saffron rice—and it was never refilled for the remainder of the brunch. The soft roast beef that was served during the Eid brunch was also replaced with a very tough grilled steak. The sushi station was constantly refilled for about an hour after we arrived, then it ran out and it remained empty for another 30 minutes or so.

Since we couldn’t wait any longer for the sushi to be replenished, we decided to move on to dessert. Unfortunately, the dessert selection was also disappointing. There were only two decent options, while the rest were quite mediocre.

It’s really unfortunate to see the quality of both the food and overall service decline so quickly compared to our previous visit. The only bright spot during this experience was the waiter and waitress who were polite and attentive.

Another point worth mentioning is that we only found out that the brunch timing was actually 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM when we were asked to settle the bill. This was different from the 1:30 PM start time that was communicated to us during booking.

We hope this feedback helps improve the consistency and communication of what was once a very enjoyable brunch experience.

Lovely and relaxing Hotel with plenty to do to entertain the kids
Pros:

Lovely Rixos Doha, very nice hotel with family friendly facilities. Great for a family stay or just business. Lots to do to entertain the kids while you relax at the poolside or ocean. Did not get to try out food as only stayed for afternoon and night. Only a few minutes drive to Hamad International Airport and about 10 minutes from shopping and restaurants. Great views from this hotel. Staff are excellent to deal with

Farmhouse experience
Pros:

I’ve had dinner at Farmhouse several times, and each visit has been consistently excellent. The food is always delicious, the restaurant is clean and beautifully maintained, and the overall atmosphere is very приятный and relaxing.

A special thank you to the staff who have taken care of me on multiple occasions. Dear Mert, your service is always attentive, friendly, and professional. It truly makes a difference and keeps me coming back.

A Relaxing Staycation with Stunning Views and Excellent Dining
Pros:

We had a lovely staycation at Rixos Gulf hotel and truly enjoyed our experience. The stay overall was very comfortable, and the room was well maintained. Our balcony offered a beautiful sea view along with a stunning Corniche view, which made the stay even more special.

The food was amazing, especially dinner. Everything was delicious and well prepared. A special mention to Jordan, the waiter who served us during dinner. His service was attentive, friendly, and really elevated our dining experience.

Due to the current war situation, there was no one available at the entrance to assist with valet parking or luggage, so we parked the car ourselves. We completely understand this may be due to the circumstances and assume this is not the usual level of service under normal conditions.

But overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable staycation, and we would definitely consider coming back again.
