Exceptional staff, turned unplanned trip into best few days of our holiday!
Pros:

The staff in this hotel were exceptional. No other way to put it! Simply exceptional! My 4 year old daughter felt like she was with family, so kind and warm the whole team where with her. She didn’t want to leave! They gave here a fantastic gift pack for the pool with googles and ringo, which she loved and used every day! But they made her feel beyond welcomed and super special. And they made it look effortless.

I thought the layout of the rooms were incredibly smart use of space making everything feel very spacious and really comfortable.

Food options and service in all aspects of the hotel were beyond what I hoped for, and always lots of choice for everyone.

But the people, that is why no doubt many people will regularly go back. (I will now be one of them).

Cons:

I don’t really have anything negative to say. The Seaview rooms are currently under renovation. There was zero impact on our few days holiday in the hotel, so well managed is the controls.

Wonderful all-inclusive treat
Pros:

The staff were amazing, very accommodating and friendly (thank you Ziad). The pool and beach area made our staycation feel like a proper holiday! The spa was also lovely and we had amazig deep tissue massages

Cons:

The food could have been a little bit less beige - it tasted great though.

We were just stopping off on our way home from Barcelona to Melbourne to break the journey.
Pros:

The room was extremely comfortable and the staff could not have been more helpful. Special mention to Bella, Ottoman, Sonia and Riha. We arrived in the middle of the night and the night manager made sure we were sorted with the taxi. Our luggage had been sent on to Melbourne but there was all the essentials in our room to get us through. Sonia even charged my watch for me as I had no charger for it.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like.
