Great resort for a great escape with the kids
Pros:

Its everything you expect from branded resort. The staff were friendly especially in the kids club. Room sound insulation is good and view was perfect.

Cons:

Staff are not all well aware of what activities or areas are open and what is closed and that is reflected on th3 vague schedule of the kids club. I expected more shaded areas for a hot climate located resort.
Also, food buffet diverse but bland

Очень вежливый персонал !
Вы представляете : молодой человек на ресепшене просто говорит , вам бесплатный апгрейд номера с видом на море .
Потом спрашивает , во сколько у вас обратный вылет ?. Я говорю в 18:00, он отвечает , спокойно оставайтесь в номере до 16:00 без каких-либо доплат , не смотря на то что выезд чек аут в 12:00. Это просто чудо !

Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Jennifer & Sonia & Atef were very nice to us and know how to make a family happy. they have assisted us positively on different occasions.

Cons:

nothing, everything was organized and we've enjoyed our stay as a family in general. Maybe, they need to add more equipment's to the gym since the machines are limited. Also, add more opening hours to the swimming pool. they open from 8 am to 6 pm, maybe in summer can make it from 8 to 8.
