ONE OF THE BEST IN HAKONE
Pros:

The location is immaculate

The service is commendable

The Front desk is absolutely fabulous and the help and service they provide makes the stay even more great

NADAMAN the Japanese is must try , not a set menu person so did not try the others

Only thing is the limitations of the area of no availability of dining options nearby but the Free Shuttle to MotoHakone that runs untill 7pm is a great help
Though there also you get an Italian & 7-11 which are open untill late and other places close by 5:30

The hotel is so great that if they arrange a good room service with options that cover all tastes one doesn’t need to move out only, 24 hours

There is also a bakery and some shops nearby that are there until 6

Overall this is a place you would love to come back to

The lakeside is picturesque and you just can’t get up once sitting and relaxing there , can see Mt Fuji very beautifully

The ropeway just opp the hotel is as good or sometimes better than the main one

Nothing more to be said , it’s a lovely place to say yes to
The place takes away the limitations of time Hakone has

A timeless retreat by the lake
Pros:

The location is exceptional, right on the lake and surrounded by a beautiful park. The hotel retains an ageless charm, blending timeless architecture with the serene beauty of its surroundings. We requested a room with a lake view, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, elegant, and very comfortable. The onsen experience was truly wonderful, allowing us to relax while being fully immersed in nature.
The buffet dinner was excellent with a large choice of food.

יש אונסן מהמם, חבל שצריך לצאת באזור שהוא חשוף וכשיוצאים ממנו כיוון החדר עוברים במעבר שאינו מכוסה וקר.
