Great views once the fog cleared
Pros:

Great views of Mt. Fuji when the fog cleared in the morning. The onsen had both inside and outside pools. The property was beautifully maintained.

Cons:

Dinner dining options were required in this secluded location. With a one night stay, we felt rushed to make a reservation at one of the dining locations and we had to decide what we wanted to eat before arriving for our meal.

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage!
Pros:

Wunderbare Lage am Ashi Lake, großzügige Zimmer, toller Ausblick, schöner Onsen … Auch der old fashioned Stil gefiel uns!

Cons:

Die Verpflegung im Hotel ist leider nicht sehr flexibel, es gibt kein schönes Kaffee mit Blick auf den See, die Hotelbar versteckt sich wenig einladend im Basement, Lakeside Grill mit gutem aber nicht herausragenden Buffet morgens und abends aber ohne Seeblick und nicht sehr gemütlich, keine Möglichkeit für kleinere Gerichte. Die beiden sehr teuren französischen und japanischen Restaurants haben wir nicht besucht, beide machten meist einen wenig besuchten Eindruck trotz des tollen Seeblicks. Mittags hat der Shop, in dem es Getränke gibt, geschlossen.

落ち着いて、とてものんびり過ごせます。
Pros:

朝食が美味しかったです。そしてスタッフの方々がみんな優しかった。

Cons:

お部屋が本館に宿泊の場合、移動がとにかく大変。可能であれば、お風呂への近道などを教えていただければよかったかなと思いました。

6 star hotel with incredible staff.
Pros:

This place is the Lake Como of Japan. Absolutely stunning!! A tranquil escape and the Prince Hakone is the place. The facilities and staff are Absolutely top tier. Like 6 star service top tier. Just don't booked less than 2 nights.

Cons:

Nothing. Was a highlight of our trip.

מלון מקסים היושב סמוך ממש לאגם האשי היפה והמרהיב
ישנם מדשאות רחבות לטייל ולהתרווח.
המלון ענק ומקסים ממש ללכת מהחדר לחדר האוכל זה מסע

2. מזנון פתוח שאנו בחרנו בו
המגוון עצום ויש הכל ולא חסר כלום
יש אונסן במלון ובתור חוויה ראשונה שלי בו היה ממש נחמד
לפני שמגיעים ליפן תעשו ברור בדיוק מה זה אונסן שלא תיבהלו..עצה ממני!
שרות הצוות פשוט מתואם יפן, אדיב ונחמד ומסביר פנים.
יש במלון לובי תחתון נעים וכיפי..
לנו היה חבל שאין בריכה חמימה במלון משותפת לגברים ונשים.

Pros:

ローケーションと宿泊者が周辺施設を割引料金で利用できるのもよい。お風呂も快適だったし、別館の方でしたが部屋もとても快適だった。

Cons:

朝食のみ利用しましたが､食事はちょっとお高めでした。
もちろん味もいいし､品揃えもパンの種類やスイーツ類までとても豊富でしたけど。
