Hotel confortável , bem localizado
Pros:

Fizemos uma viagem rápida, apenas 4 dias. O hotel tem boa localização, bem central, com opções de restaurantes nas proximidades , diversas praças e próximo ao que há para ver na cidade em si.
Quartos amplos e confortáveis, bom café da manhã

Linda estadia, comodo en cercanias pero OJO con el estacionamiento
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es ideal para recorrer varios circuitos a pie. Cerca de restaurantes, cafeterías, el parque San Martin.
Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, el servicio de desayuno es muy completo.

Cons:

El estacionamiento que ofrecen no es en el lugar, el mismo se encuentra a la vuelta del hotel con la incomodidad que es el huésped del hotel (en caso de volver de una excursión, un evento o una cena después de las 19.15/30) quien debe buscar la llave del candado que lo abre, volver al estacionamiento, dejar el vehículo y volver al hotel para dejar la llave. No resulta ni cómodo ni SEGURO tener la llave q abre la puerta y la responsabilidad de todos los autos allí estacionados. NO me parece q sea lo correcto.

Muito bem localizado, em frente à Plaza Itália. A vista dos quartos é muito bonita para a praça, tem muitos restaurantes, mercados e bares próximos. Os quartos são bem espaçosos. O café da manhã é bem básico, mas satisfatório.

Hermosos días en Mendoza
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, desayuno muy bueno. Las habitaciones súper confortables. Sin solicitarlo, nos pasaron de la habitación normal que habíamos reservado a una suite

Cons:

Detalles mínimos que podrían mejorarse, deberían mejorar los productos de aseo, jabón líquido, shampoo y acondicionador que estaban en los dispensers de la ducha.

My friends were pleased with their beds but some were given twin rooms when full beds were requested
Pros:

Great location in a walkable town, across from lovely Plaza Italia. Breakfast was wonderful, many options. Staff, always helpful, recommended and arranged for airport transport for our group of 10. Close to shopping, many restaurants nearby, and several blocks to Plaza Independencia, the heart of the town.

Cons:

Twin beds were not as comfortable as I would have preferred and the pillow too flat for my preference. Wonderful views of the mountains, but substantial traffic noise. The gym was not up to my standards, no air conditioning and need a good cleaning.

Loved the location of the hotel and our room was extra spacious and very quiet, with no one able to look into our room from other buildings.

Cons:

We were disappointed in the breakfast. The hot breakfast was not as good as we had had in other similar hotels during our trip.
