Muy buen descanso
Pros:

En principio nos dieron un upgrade por lo que estuvimos en una habitación grande con una sala. El hotel no es muy moderno pero está muy bien mantenido. Muy cómoda la cama y almohadas. Importante nada de ruido, tranquilo. El personal muy atento a cualquier requerimiento. El desayuno bueno. Se encuentra frente a una plaza y muy cerca de todo.

Cons:

El desayuno es de 7 hs. 10.30 hs. es decir que si uno desayuna a las 10 tiene que poder elegir de todo lo que ofrecen ya que lo pagué. Pues no, quedaban muy
pocas cosas, no reponían. Tuvimos que pedir que solucionaran la salida de agua de la pileta del baño ya que salía un hilito de cada canilla (no era monocomando) y lo solucionaron.

Buena ubicación debe mejorar camas de habitaciones
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todo y el barrio es seguro. La plaza Italia es hermosa y puedes caminar tranquilamente

Cons:

Las camas son viejas y ruidosas sistema de catre viejo, mal colchón no descansas como debieras, debieran invertir eb camas modernas

Muy lindas las instalaciones, muy buenas ubicación, muy atento el personal, muy rico y variado el desayuno (medialunas etc pero también fiambres, frutas, huevos, bacon, salchichas, muchas opciones).
Muy cómodo el spa y la pileta (no climatizada), hermosa vista !

a equipe e a localização são excelentes. o hotel ta no melhor lugar da cidade. facil pra fazer tudo. e a equipe é gentil e muito prestativa

Nice hotel in the centre of Mendoza
Pros:

Really nice hotel in the centre of Mendoza. Room was big with a separate seating area. Fridge didn’t work which was a bit annoying as it was hot outside. AC was good. Breakfast was ok - nothing special but fine. Staff super friendly and the reception staff spoke good English.

Es solo un buen edificio
Pros:

La atención del personal es muy buena

Cons:

En primer medidas al ingresar aromatizan el lobby con algo que es similar al olor de un baño, bastante feo.
El hotel es antiguo, cuidado pero antiguo, el desayuno es deficiente con pocas opciones que se terminan pronto y no todo lo reponen.
El aire acondicionado de la habitación funcionaba solo si era colocado en 16 grados, el piso estuvo sucio toda la estadía ya que no lo barrieron o aspiraron en 5 días que estuve. Tampoco reponen las toallas de mano para dos adultos, el primer día hubo dos y los demás días dejaron solo una.
En resumen es un buen edificio pero los servicios no son buenos.
