Pros:

Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, desayuno muy bueno. Las habitaciones súper confortables. Sin solicitarlo, nos pasaron de la habitación normal que habíamos reservado a una suite

Detalles mínimos que podrían mejorarse, deberían mejorar los productos de aseo, jabón líquido, shampoo y acondicionador que estaban en los dispensers de la ducha.

My friends were pleased with their beds but some were given twin rooms when full beds were requested

Great location in a walkable town, across from lovely Plaza Italia. Breakfast was wonderful, many options. Staff, always helpful, recommended and arranged for airport transport for our group of 10. Close to shopping, many restaurants nearby, and several blocks to Plaza Independencia, the heart of the town.

Cons:

Twin beds were not as comfortable as I would have preferred and the pillow too flat for my preference. Wonderful views of the mountains, but substantial traffic noise. The gym was not up to my standards, no air conditioning and need a good cleaning.

Loved the location of the hotel and our room was extra spacious and very quiet, with no one able to look into our room from other buildings.

Cons:

We were disappointed in the breakfast. The hot breakfast was not as good as we had had in other similar hotels during our trip.

Desayuno bien , muy esparcido nomas por el salón y no hay bandejas. Ubicación muy bien , cerca de los lugares de recreación enfrente de una plaza muy bonita . Habitación muy espaciosa, cama grande pero ya se nota sus años, Kichenet bien, el baño grande pero ya le hace falta una arreglo. El inodoro se mueve, el piso enfrente de la puerta levantado, regulación del agua de la ducha mal, tiene olores ......

Cons:

Relación precio /calidad esta muy debajo de como se vende el hotel, muchos detalles que no van con la clasificación de cuatro estrellas .
