Stayed here a number of times. Rooms are comfortable, price is good and the location right in the centre of the city is great

Windows leaked and it was raining so personal belongings got wet, only 4 tv channels worked when asking staff they said that’s normal, heater didn’t work, shower was dirty and water pressure was horrible, milk provide by hotel is horrible it tasted off
Great location amongst many places to eat and shop. Huge room with bath. Comfy bed. Great value for money

Dirty, sticky furniture. Hairs in bathroom. Persistent smell of damp/mould throughout lifts, corridors and room.
Loved the balcony and the bubble tub. The room felt really glam at first sight. It's cute and our suite felt romantic. It was very clean. It was unique and a delightful evening for us.
Lots of noise from slamming doors and crying kids right outside/upstairs from our room.
A nice location, huge spacious room and a nice shower with great shower products too
I didn’t like that we arrived at 21.00pm and there was no reception staff to check us in, even though check in was supposedly available until 23.00pm… we phoned and were told where to grab our key from… this felt sketchy… also meant there was no one to help us sort out parking in the hotels garage so we had to leave it on the street which I wasn’t entirely comfortable with! Also at about 4am we were abruptly awoken by very loud trucks out the back of the hotel.
Good value for what you pay
You had to use the bathroom water to fill the jug for hot drinks
Pro: Location is excellent as it is in the city centre and a lot of nice cafes/ restos nearby.
Cons: Parking space was a bit tricky and narrow. But overall, the place is nice.

Large rooms. Great location. Big bed.
The hotel is absolutely frugal on water use. The shower produces barely a sprinkle of water, not enough to take a reasonable shower or get the soap off. This was so bad, it really ruined the experience!
They have a small fridge in the room with some small milk containers for coffee making, but they skimp on power and the fridge was turned off and warm. I didn't dare have the milk.
They have zero staff in the Lobby when I checked in at 8:30 pm. One calls a phone and is told where to find the key. With no staff in the hotel, I wonder about safety.
After you book you are told that they will take a $250 bond off your credit card to cover damage you might cause to the room... I wonder what kind of clientele they appeal to...
It's obvious that they are struggling to keep the lights on in this place...
Location and price
A bit noisy
Location is good.
Shower pressure and step up into the bath. Looks very tired and it needs maintenance. Also it’s very hot in summer and the lift doesn’t work a lot of times. It’s not good the stairs for people with sore knees.
Room 208 had no hot water. The room gets loud street noise especially racing and deliberate backfiring of cars continuously going around the block until after midnight
