Pros:

Très bon emblacement au centre-ville d'Hamilton, parfait pour y passer une nuit. La chambre était plutôt grande, et le lit confortable.

La chambre est globalement propre

Cons:

À notre arrivée, l’accueil du personnel est plus que glacial, pas un sourire, pas un bonjour.
Cependant il vous est instantanément demandé avec insistance votre CB pour garantie.
L’hôtel dispose d’un parking payant qui est 50% plus cher que les parkings aux alentours. L’accès est particulièrement complexe, mal indiqué et le plan fourni par le personnel n’est pas à jour. NE PAS PRENDRE LE PARKING DE L´HOTEL.
La chambre est mal chauffée, il y fait assez froid.
Le chauffage est réalisé avec un convecteur portatif. Pas adapté vu la surface de la chambre. Cependant nous en avons demandé un autre qui nous a été fournis en quelques minutes.
La tv est petite et n’est absolument pas adaptée à la distance avec le lit.
Cependant lors de votre douche vous aurez la possibilité d’entendre parfaitement la tv de vos voisins.

Loved it. Great room, great location and best of all it felt like I was going back in time. Very cool.

Finding bag of old food in fridge. Bit dangerous to with shower over bath and the step into bath. Bed bit hard for my liking. Rooms need redecorating

Pros:

Value for money. Just needed somewhere to sleep and this did the trick perfectly. Its also central to bars and restaurants/ casino which we needed

Lift feels unsafe. Paid for a car park which someone else was in on day 2 of our stay, reception was blasé about it. We felt like an inconvenience to the reception staff whenever talking to them.
