Nice place but room stunk
Pros:

Location was great room looked good

Cons:

Room stunk of cigarette smoke someone had definitely recently smoked in the room especially in the toilet

Met our needs for the night. Love the high ceilings.
Pros:

Good location, easy walk to and from Claudlands. Amazingly large rooms.

Yes, pleased with stay & would definitely book there again.
Pros:

The room was very spacious, beds were very comfortable.
Location was good for takeaway shops & restaurant down stairs.
Very central to everything, can walk to the mall if you really wanted to.

Cons:

Car parking could have been outlined better as far as paying extra $20 a night on top of the booking. Nothing was mentioned when I booked other than car parking was available.
A microwave would of been good in room to heat up takeaway leftovers.

Poor condition but at a fair price.
Pros:

Big room, comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff. Price and location were great.

Cons:

Room smelt of cigarettes.
3 x built in heaters not working, 1 x portable heater working.
Shower nozzle doesn’t spray well.
Elevator, stairs, garage all in poor condition.
Building looks to be at end of life.

The hotel is cheap and worn down - you get what you pay for.
Pros:

Big room and bathroom

Cons:

Windows dirty, broken and room cold - aircon not working properly - only cold wind. Bed was terrible and sagged in the middle so our backs were sore the next day. Bed was made up the next day but dirty coffee cups were left and coffee and milk in room was not replenished for our second day stay ? The parking we had to pay for was at the bottom of the building and going there was a very dirty experience - water was leaking from the garage roof and you had to waddle through a pool of water to get to your vehicle.

Size of the room was great

Cons:

Microwave toaster etc be great for rooms. Also having hot chocolate or milo in rooms for kids or adults. The toilet wasnt very clean and the toilet brush was covered in toilet paper also the toilet brush holder was pretty gross.

The staff we saw were very friendly.
Pros:

Only slept here.
Well tried.

Cons:

Some of the windows didn't shut properly therefore made the room very noise.
Only part of the cleaning of the room was done, for example the mugs and coffee station were not done.
