Asked the clerk once we checked in to switch our room to a higher level before we unpacked and she said unless there was something wrong with the room she couldn’t change it. Totally refused to move us at our request. Couldn’t leave the curtains open to enjoy the view from inside the room due to people walking by and seeing everything inside our room. No privacy while the curtain was opened. For 2 women staying in the room I felt the security was lacking. The side doors to the hotel were never locked. Anyone could come in without a room key even though it read must have room to key to open door!

The pool and hot tub were nice but j had to clean the bed and wall when I came in. Otherwise great stay. Got to fix across the street though it is soooo dumpy
