Coffee available all day, the king bed was so comfortable, and pool was nice
Convenience and location. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Very friendly staff and great location!
Charged for parking… I know it’s becoming the norm at more and more hotels, but if I’m paying to stay at a hotel, parking should be included!
Room very clean and comfortable. Loved the balcony and view. Nice staff.
Coffee in lobby could have been stronger.
The view
I booked this stay for my boyfriend and i while the windows in our apartment and the entire floor were being redone
After contacting the front desk at almost 2am the first night about the people upstairs stomping for hours and being told they would take care of it; it kept going the entirety of our stay all day and all night
We also dealt with a dog nonstop barking in a very close nearby room inside as well as outside all hours of the night and super early mornings, including right outside our glass door
In addition to having the frame next to the sliding glass door not fully flush and having to use our entire body to yank the door open anytime we wanted to sit on the porch or needed to take our dog out..
I can confidently say I will NOT be returning and I am extremely unhappy with my stay
Great location for the price. Older building , but very well maintained. Ample parking.
Elevator was slow.
Location, cleanliness
Wished we could have gotten win room a little earlier but not a real breaker
Everything
Na
1st thing is. The rating, should be no stars. Not even one. You can actually get a feel of what to expect. When you enter the lobby. Old and outdated . The furniture in the room looks nasty. Was afraid to sit on the chairs cause they were cloth...my son stayed there for a week. Not once was the room cleaned .they just changed the garage and replaced the towels. It was obvious the room need to be clean..floor were not swepted bathrooms wasn't cleaned and beds not made or linings changed. Just nasty. Why ?cause he never had the ,don't disturb sign on door. I stayed one night. And it was awful. I was afraid to shower or sleep in the bed. I had to leave. And they have the nerve to charge$200 a night. I left, found cheaper rate and a 5 star. I've never ....after speaking with manager. She said they were not aware the room need to be clean....since when do you have to ask for your room to be cleaned ?.and everyday your key doesn't work. Had to get new key everyday....DON'T DO IT. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED....
Good
Nothing
I stayed on the Marina side of hotel. Opposite of the rooftop bar. (music and fun side) It was a beautiful view of the canal waterway. I loved sitting on the little balcony. The Queen room was nice and large, plenty of space between the beds. The bed was so comfortable. Even though the hotel is older, I was impressed with how clean it was. The room cooled nicely with the a/c. The water was hot, the ice (1st floor ice machine) sweet water, no chlorine smell. It is pet friendly. You can walk your dog all across the area near the seawall, (fenced) They have waste bags and receptacles. We were there for a beach wedding nearby. Plenty of mirrors to get ready, nice mini fridge, adequate for goodies. K-cup coffee machine. We brought extra. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.
I have no complaints. Everything was wonderful. It's not a full service hotel. So, if that's a criteria for travelers then this place is not it. It's basic. But they have a coffee counter in lobby with plates napkins and plastic ware. They have snacks, etc. Food establishments are within walking distance.
Conveniently located and fair value. Pet friendly
Pool not heated
