Location to everything, the price, room was bay front lower level with a porch, and pet friendly

Cons:

Check in is 400 pm but we had to wait till 430 pm for our room to be ready because they were full and running behind, not my issue.
Only ONE ice machine for the entire 3 story property, very few chairs at the pool, not very sound proof.
Roof top bar only open twice the 7 days we were there?
Could use some cosmetic attention in rooms.

Hotel was just what I needed for short stay in area. Close to beach and restaurants.

Perfect!
Pros:

Room and motel was immaculately clean. We had a waterfront room that was absolutely perfect! Sitting at the motel bar and you can see the ocean! Amazing! We will be back!!

Very clean and friendly staff. Rooms appear updated and comfortable. Restaurants are within walking distance. Area around hotel felt secure with ample parking.

Cons:

At no fault to hotel, the beach is across the road and close to a quarter of a mile walking distance to get to the water.
