Housekeeping, yesterday we requested that the room be cleaned and a load of washing be done. Firstly there was so much confusion for laundry services, whether they were operating on Saturday after I was assured that the laundry would be by picked up in the morning. At night I felt some sandy stuff on my sheets that really irritated me for most of the night until I decided to sleep on top of the duvet.

In terms of the actual facilities, the tv needs to be upgraded to smart tv, the channels are horrible. The lack of maintenance for bed side lights and plugs.

Definite value for money. Hotel staff is friendly and readily accessible to the point of them making courtesy calls to check on guests.
