I was not happy and you need to improve on your service.

The bad attitude from Boipelo. When we checked in our room was not ready at around 20:30pm and when I asked why she was rude and told me to practice some patience😡😡. The bedding was also not clean with a fridge that was frozen with an empty ice tray.
