Использовать менее едкий аромат в номерах, который подошел бы всем и заменить кофейные зерна на завтраке на арабику
Pros:

Очень просторный номер, удобная кровать и нежнейшее постельное белье, хороший завтрак, где готовят яйца на заказ, большой выбор фруктов и казахских национальных продуктов

Cons:

Очень сильный запах парфюма в номере и сильно уставший ковролин (наверно не грязный, но просто весь в пятнах), отсутствие кофемашины в номере и ужасный кофе на завтраке (кофемашина там при этом нормальная, но зерна не лучшего качества)

Компетентный персонал на рецепшн. Возможность отдохнуть семьей и сходить в СПА и зал.

Cons:

От завтраков ожидал большего. Не очень свежее всё и за такую стоимость конечно должен быть другой уровень

Бөлмелері салқындау. Терезелерінің резинкаларын ауыстыру керек, барлық терезелерінен жел соғады (бірінші қабаттағы ас ішетін бөлмеде де), ғимаратқа 20жыл болған.

Понравилось что в номере как презент поставили шампанское и мандарины.

Cons:

Не понравилось ресепшен. Была бронь в букинге не пускали в номер пока не получили подтверждение от букинг. Ждали 40 мин почти. Персонал не вежливый совсем
