My family and I stayed at AKA for a weekend with a fantastic experience. The entire staff, especially Greg at the lobby, was courteous and wonderful with our kids. We would stay here again. Great location.

Staying in Penthouse 3 was an absolute dream, perfectly balancing the refined elegance of a historic Beaux-Arts landmark with the sleek, contemporary comforts of a high-end luxury residence. The design is stunning, featuring panoramic views, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and an incredibly spacious, light-filled living area. Waking up to the views of Center City and being just steps away from the beauty of Rittenhouse Square Park made it hard to ever want to leave the room, with every detail from the plush bedding to the spa-like finishes feeling completely flawless.

What truly elevates the AKA Rittenhouse from a great hotel to an extraordinary one is the staff, and we have to give a massive shout-out to Jordan and Greg. Jordan was an absolute rockstar, ensuring every detail of our stay was handled with effortless grace and impeccable professionalism. Greg went completely above and beyond, offering the kind of genuine, warm hospitality that makes you feel like a VIP from the second you walk through the front door. Their attentiveness, local recommendations, and welcoming energy truly defined the luxury experience.

We had an excellent stay at AKA Rittenhouse Square. The location was perfect—right in the heart of Rittenhouse Square and close to great restaurants and shopping. The suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with all the comforts of home. A special thank you to Wisten, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable with outstanding service and genuine hospitality. Overall, it was a relaxing and upscale experience, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Great hotel right in the middle of a vibrant neighborhood.

High praise to Greg, met us at the curb with a luggage trolley and incredible recommendations for parking, dining and places of interest. A wonderful start to a very nice stay in a top notch hotel.

I’m from New Jersey and I drove into Philadelphia Friday afternoon to see a show. My girlfriend reserved a room at the Hotel AKA, 135 S18th St. we stayed one night but I am so glad we stayed here. The staff was amazing! They were professional, courteous, and so very friendly. I would like to send a special shout out to my man Greg, the door man! Have you ever gone somewhere and there’s always that one person who stands out? That’s my man Greg! He is totally in his element. He helped us tremendously! He went so far as to push our luggage cart all the way to the parking garage across the street so we could avoid the traffic jam on S 18th street. Talk about going over and above! All in all it was a great experience staying there and next time we go into Philly, I’ll be booking a room at AKA!
