Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located for shopping and leisue activities. All staff from front desk reception restaueant and housekeeping are warm and welcoming. Their services are prompt and I really appreciate their great hospitality.

The Restaurant that is within the complex but not in Abadh Atrium. Very very poor service. Even after sitting and waiting 10 minutes, nobody bothered to check what you wanted to order. The staff/waiters behave as if they are doing you a favour. Also the check out time 11 am is unrealistic and cruel.
