Very beautiful and comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

Such a beautiful place to stay, so clean, very comfortable beds, my kids loved it and having access to the lifetime fitness across the street was a plus I will definitely be staying again.

Cons:

The indoor pool at the hotel is not heated

I didn’t like that they were doing construction at 7:45/8 am right next to my room - drilling / sawing / screaming and slamming doors. Kind of frustrating to be on vacation and not be able to sleep in even a little. I feel like them fixing another room could have waited till at least 9 am

Will not return due to lack of breakfast buffet

Pillows sucked. Super flat. No breakfast buffet! Paid for buffet through booking and there is none. Pay option for breakfast items. Limited to what i paid for before hand. Very misleading and wrong. We skipped trying to get any food or coffee. Front desk was horrible at trying to explain what and how breakfast works. There should be a buffet version and the option for premium breakfast to purchase. So this made us very mad. Another guest in line at front desk behind me also complained about the same exact thing!
