Great Valet, hotel staff, and clean nice room! 6 Working elevators!!!! In some hotels that is not always the case!
Casino was clean and fun. Not to mention the Soundboard was a great place to see the guys!!
We stay here every time we attend a Detroit Lions evening game, and this time a Pistons evening game. So in all, I believe this the 5th time we’ve stayed here. However, this is my first time writing a review. We love it. Front desk service is always impeccable. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. The hotel vibe is great of course. We appreciate that a free shuttle is provided whenever there’s a game at Ford Field or Little Caesars Arena. Everything is top notch. My only issue is the carpets aren’t pristine; luckily a complimentary pair of bedroom shoes are provided!
Hotel was very nice, updated and clean. Easy access to parking, restaurants and casino. I would highly recommend and will stay again.
Rooms definitely need an upgrade. They need to inspect the rooms a little better. Walls were dirty and sheets had a stain
Relaxing time at this spot and I enjoyed every minute of it
The casino is HUGE.. and lots of new games. The hotel itself was beautiful and walking in to the lobby was impressive. We stayed in room 604 and it was a suite. Large room great bathroom shower but the room was VERY DATED. The light switch covers n plug covers are 2000 almond dingy the wallpaper is down right depressing. The room in all was a 3 at best. It 100000% needs to be updated, new decor colors and furniture. It wasnt dusted the windows were greasy n printed. The TV built in was nasty with webs n peeling veneer. The rooms for 600 a night DEFINITELY NEED TO BE CLEANED BETTER AND UPDATED..
Rooms are disgusting, carpets and towels are stained, stuck hair in shower drains, leaking fixtures, ripped curtains and staff that becomes offended when you raise your voice because you refuse to move a third time in less than 24 hours
I will be back soon.
Not clean compared to the cost of the room
This hotel is very convenient to the downtown area and has a free shuttle to Little Caesar’s Arena on event nights! Very friendly staff and eager to help!
At $675 a night for a suite it was shocking that the only lunch options were pizza or burgers. No sit down options whatsoever. Tigers playoff game and all hotel restaurants were closed. Only decaf coffee in the room. Two tiny waters, no glassware, no bottle opener, no mini-bar. Felt a lot like a Motel Six attached to a casino....
Nice Hotel and casino was hopping. It wasn’t The Wynn, but was very nice for Downtown Detroit. It’s great addition to the downtown area.
The hotel was really nice. It gave resort vibes. Everyone was friendly. It was actually bigger than I thought. It was definitely a lot going on, There were plenty options in the food court Nice art including paintings and sculptures throughout the hotel. I would've given the hotel a 5-star review if it wasn't for the hair in my bed. Everything else was very clean. They offer complimentary valet parking and thev also have a shuttle service that drop off and pick up at the Little Ceasars Arena. There were plenty of towels and rags in the rooms along with a bathrobe and house shoes. Mv other complaint other than the hair that didn't beling to me in mv bed was the outlets. There wasn't any outlets by the beds to plug up my phone. The hotel is in a central location near plenty of restaurants. I felt safe for the most part. When I was dropped off by the shuttle, there was a homeless man standing there using the bathroom near the bench of the hotel entrance then he sat down after making sexual comments to me. I had a really nice view of the
city from my room.
Can't even get a complimentary microwave in the lobby.. let's just say that.
The room was perfect on the 8th floor amazing view very spacious double beds felt like sleeping on a cloud very comfortable, quiet and clean the whirlpool tubs 🛁 was all that. Parking easy and the Bellman Anthony was courteous helpful and friendly he delivered Great Service.
Sisters celebrating our Life day 🎶❤️Great Concert and Comedy Show @The SoundBoard
The room was not cleaned properly. The bath tub even after cleaning it still had things floating in the water after I filled it up. The bathroom sink never went down. It stay clogged the whole time. After speaking to customer service they offered nothing and it was still clogged after I checked out.
It was dirty and stains on furniture. Was thoroughly cleaned, vacuumed just felt kind of gross
