I had difficulty contacting the hotel to access the airport shuttle. Hotels website did not show the local number of the hotel desk. I kept getting referred to a central booking site for the chain. Not user-friendly.

The room was very clean. Just wish the bathroom had a walk in shower instead of tub. Other than that, it was perfect.

Pros:

The hotel is lovely and the staff were so friendly and helpful. A truly delightful place - I used the fitness center and the pool, and had dinner at the restaurant. Thanks for everything - it was great!

Cons:

I did not opt for the breakfast buffet, as I would have preferred a smaller breakfast for a lesser price. I just don’t eat that much but would have liked to have a menu option for something lighter, without having to pay for the whole buffet.

Cons:

I was disappointed that parking and breakfast cost extra. With a 200$ a night hotel with a room that wasn't real high quality, I felt that charging to park in a giant parking lot was unusual and almost 20$ per person for breakfast as an additional charge for breakfast was frustrating. I was specifically looking for places with breakfast and it was not easy to tell that breakfast wasn't included or I would not have booked this hotel.
