Grand Palms Resort

We had such an amazing experience at Grand Palms Resort! The two-bedroom unit we stayed in was beautifully updated, nicely decorated, and incredibly clean—everything felt fresh and well cared for from the moment we arrived.

The entire property was just as impressive. It was clean, neat, and very well maintained, which made it so easy to relax and enjoy our time. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were great and gave us options no matter the weather.

It would have been nice if the Poolside Grill had been open during our stay, but it definitely wasn’t a deal breaker. I would also personally love to see a small coffee shop on-site offering light breakfast items, snacks, or sandwichesbut again, that’s just a bonus idea, not a complaint.

Overall, we truly had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

We had stayed here previously when we visited relatives in the area and had a great stay...nice room, quiet, clean, comfortable, etc.
But this time we stayed, it was not good. Firstly, the place smelled musty as soon as we walked in. Everything seemed dirty, including the floors which we actually were sticking to as we walked across them. The bathrooms were not clean...a faucet in the master bath leaked and the toilet would not stop running.
People were upstairs and every night, there were children running back and forth with loud thumping.
The beds were quite uncomfortable.
The temperature level was difficult to maintain. We were either too hot or too cold (and there is only one window in the unit.)
All in all, it was a bad experience and we will not stay there again.

Family and I loved our time here. Grand Palms is in a great location, with great amenities. They got us free passes for state parks, and the indoor pool was under construction, so they heated the outdoor pool (this was way better than having an indoor pool).
The rooms were beautiful, and the service was amazing. Specific shoutout to Gage and Braiden from guest services, they were awesome at making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was super clean, the atmosphere was beautiful, and I just have no complaints about this hotel the value was great.

First time here, we stayed in the Presidential suites area. Everything was fantastic. Check-in was quick and easy. We were asked if we wanted to attend a 90 minute meeting and we said no, nothing else was mentioned, no pressure at all. The grounds are immaculate and the condo clean and spacious. Nice pools both indoor and outdoors with separate children areas to play also. Having a free shuttle from condo to the beach was great as parking is very limited. Surfside beach is an autism awareness area so no beach bars or rowdiness. Gorgeous and clean beach!!
Day passes are given for free entrance to Myrtle Beach state park and Huntington Beach state park.
We wanted to stay another week and already saying “when we go back next year”!

Room was clean. Comfortable bed. Staff was friendly. Loved having the washer/dryer in the room.

Although this property is not on the beach, it was not far from it and had alot for kid/family things to do on site. There are good dining options all around. The staff was friendly. We had a two bedroom condo. It was very clean. We were missing two remotes, but maintenance brought them. I will stay again.

Love the place and location, but 3 night of kids running upstairs about our room make great loud noises!

Great place to stay.

The property was okay. It was good. Some of the areas were very dated. Our room was probably 30 years old? We had a leak issue from the air conditioner above us one evening dripping through the ceiling it was addressed fairly quickly. All in all it was a good stay. Would we stay there again it would depend on our other options. The staff was very nice. It was very centrally located and quick to our destination..

Very clean!

Very clean. Brought us towels/wash clothes/ laundry detergent and dish soap as much as we needed. As a family with 2 small children the shuttle was so nice to have to take us to and from the beach.

I stayed for 4 nights during bike week. I liked that they have quiet time and good parking with great amenities. I will definitely stay again .

Clean modern and comfortable room. Great little kitchen, large TV with OTT options, comfortable bed.

Everything was better than expected and very nice. Our 25th anniversary weekend went smoothly

This has became an annual family vacation for us staff always amazing. Love the text communication. Also your maintenance guy is top notch our dryer went out on a Sat and he came to save the day immediately. My family felt safe and facility was clean as usual you guys didn’t disappoint.

Do not like pressures sales people
