Room had stained tables & wall. Could not get towels delivered to us.

There was a toenail in my sheets when I pulled the bed covers down. Other than that, all was great

My ac didn't get cold enough room 829

The cleaning of the room was horrible you could tell they changed the fitted and top sheet but the rest of the bedding was suspect and the rest of the room was clearly not cleaned for the $200/ night it was definitely a let down! The walk to our room from the elevator was extremely long. The remote didn't work. The casino floor was ok minus the random sagging. There was duct tape holding the carpet in hotel hallways. The security guard slapped my man's hand when he reached to get his ID because we couldn't hear her speaking to us. There was a speaker directly above her stand with music playing so loudly you could not hear anyone especially the rude guard which was probably a good thing because my man almost lost his cool. Fortunately, the male security guard realized the situation and told her she can't touch the guests or spout out the mouth at paying customers. They also have changed the slot machines so you are required to spend a minimum to bet. Example the $.01 requires $0.80 to bet one time. Overall was a let down for the money.

The room had a musty smell.The room was supposed to be a luxury king, but there was no thing luxury about it.

Starbucks didn’t have decaf coffee and decaf in room was horrible

Room location. The property was not kept well. My bathroom was not clean. Trash and cigarette butts were on the ground. The parking deck elevator was dirty and full of cobwebs. The button panel was falling off. I stood in line for 20 minutes to check in. They gave me a room with an obstructed view. When I requested a room change due to looking at a brick wall, they only moved me one floor to the other side in front of another brick wall. The smell of cigarettes was everywhere as soon as you walked in and in the elevator. My bathroom in the second room was full hair in the tub and dog hair in the floor.

Parking a little confusing.

The phone in the room didn't work and the extra towels that we requested were never brought to our room...

The whole second floor was dark and humid. The shower’s water pressure was terrible and barely had any hot water. Most of the TV channels were staticky. The outlets near the entrance of the room and bathroom weren’t working properly and you had to move around your charger a few times for it to charge. Had a friend stay on the third floor and their drawers were all messed up and broken. Their toilet kept leaking even after the 2nd maintenance call.
