Wouldnt stay again.
Pros:

The beds were comfy.

Cons:

The furniture was totally inadequate for a room that sleeps 4 adults. There was only a two seater couch in the living area so the other adults had to sit on the kitchen chairs, there was a coffee table that was virtually falling apart (it swung from side to side and had zero stability to it). We had three children in the room and had it broken during our stay I suspect that we wouldve worn the cost of damages. The light switch in the bathroom was in very poor condition, it was loose under the surrounding casing. This is extremely dangerous and looked like it shouldve been fixed long ago. On checkout I explained my concerns with the receptionist who nodden politely and asked if I would like the Manager to call me to discuss. I said that I would appreciate that - to date I havent heard from anyone so I guess her nodding and not giving a sh*& is about all Im going to get. Hope someone else doesnt electocute themselves or put a hot cuppa on the coffee table and it collapses. For the nightly fee that we paid this place came up very short in what it delivered. Punthill Williamstown cannot rely on location alone...I wouldnt stay again.

Location was brilliant and size of the two bedroom was excellent

Cons:

Badly stained carpet in common areas, bed was hard, couches were incredibly hard, 1 coffee mug only. Bathroom needs an upgrade.

Unfortunately due to a malfunction the water was cold, but the management and staff ensured we were given many alternatives and were extremely helpful, so just a small hiccup. Still really enjoyed our stay.🤗

Pros:

Great location. Plenty of stuff to do around the hotel. Rooms were spacious and had good light.

Cons:

We stayed for 3 night over the weekend. They don't provide cleaning services over the weekend and public holidays. Probably a vacuum cleaner should have been there as our room got quite shabby after first 2 nights.
