Unfortunately due to a malfunction the water was cold, but the management and staff ensured we were given many alternatives and were extremely helpful, so just a small hiccup. Still really enjoyed our stay.🤗

Pros:

Great location. Plenty of stuff to do around the hotel. Rooms were spacious and had good light.

Cons:

We stayed for 3 night over the weekend. They don't provide cleaning services over the weekend and public holidays. Probably a vacuum cleaner should have been there as our room got quite shabby after first 2 nights.

Cons:

I stayed for 5 nights and there was room cleaning only once.
The towels were never changed during my stay.

Okay stay for 1 night.
Pros:

I liked the location and the bed was comfortable and staff were lovely.

Cons:

The room was not what was indicated in any photos, the TVs didnt have streaming services and the one in the bedroom, the remote did not work so i had to use the buttons on the back of the tv to change channels, also had to re tune the tv channels on the bedroom tv, the heater didnt work so we had to utilise blankets while in the living area, the toilet water kept running after each flush unless you pressed the half flush button, also the drain in the bathroom floor was not finished and was raw tile edge, scuff marks all over the walls and paint chips on the corner of the walls. Also would have been nice to see the bay/city from the balcony without having to stand on a chair.
